The Xbox 360 exclusive dubbed Crackdown 2 which was released last month has been wooing gamers across the globe. Now, Microsoft Game Studios and Ruffian Games have unleashed the title’s first add-on dubbed ‘Toy Box’ on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Enclosed with free downloadable content and supplementary premium content, it will offer newer insights into the rage of Pacific City.
The free content comprises Keys to the City, Level 6 Reward and Vehicle Tag which will allow gamers to indulge in intense action. Returning to this installment in the series, Keys to the City expands gamers’ tool set by introducing God Mode, Infinite Ammo, Fly Cam, the ability to freeze time, spawning of weapons, gadgets and more.
Level 6 Reward will entrust the new Thruster Ability into gamers who successfully accomplish Level 6 on all Agent prowess while the new multiplayer mode titled Vehicle Tag facilitates competition of up to eight players in Speed is the Quay, Industrial Action, Maim Street, Skid Row, Beachhead and The Sum of Human Knowledge.
The paid downloadable content incorporates additional in-game stuff such as Two New Vehicles, Five New Toys, Two Avatar Awards, 10 New Achievements and Eight Agent Suit Colors. With this, players can access two new vehicles including the wall climbing aquatic mini-tank, the Agency ATV, and the Squad Chopper. The five new toys comprise of a turreted gravity bending weapon, The Mass Driver, along with Portable Launch Pads, The Thrusters, the Stickler Grenade and Mags on Characters.
With the two Avatar Awards, players can deck their Xbox Live Avatar with the Xbox Green Suit and Helmet. They can also modify the in-game armor of their agents with eight different colored suits such as Peacekeeper, Terror Firma, Agent Orange, May Conatin Nuts and more. Further, a good performance can earn them 10 new Achievements including Beyond the Infinite, Run Get to the Chopper and Rocketeer along with 250 Gamerscore.
Players can lay their hands on the additional content by redeeming 560 Microsoft Points.
