Last week, the Blade Kitten pre-order commenced on Steam for gamers around the world. Now, Atari Europe and Krome Studios have released the game for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows PC.
The game has been touted to be a prequel of the story narrated through a series of comic books created by Steve Stamatiadis. In the title, gamers will step into the world of Hollow Wish by donning the role of Kit Ballard. As a bounty hunter, they will need to make optimum use of Kit’s hovering blade dubbed unique ‘Darque Blade’ for crushing adversaries.
In a part cat, part girl avatar, Kit Ballard leads the campaign in the game which weaves an engaging narrative through superior cinematic style. The pick-up-and-play arcade action of the title has been drenched in vivid visuals, enabling gamers to explore several levels. Besides, the game incorporates side scrolling gameplay mechanics and intuitive ‘scramble style’ exploration.
Blade Kitten can be downloaded from the Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network for a price of 11.99 Euro (approx. Rs. 729) and 9.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 711). PC gamers can procure the title from the official Atari and Blade Kitten’s websites as well as Steam.
