Just last month, the second downloadable episode called Desperate Escape for Resident Evil 5 was announced and various details pertaining to the title was also disclosed by Capcom. Now the company reveals that corrupt CEO Excella Gionne would be the new inclusion to the Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition’s Mercenaries Reunion cast.
The latest playable character to the Mercenaries Reunion of Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition namely Excella Gionne is noted to be the merciless CEO of Tricell. Players should not be fooled by her beauty as this girl is able to pack a mean punch. Aided by her strong fighting instinct as well as her advanced martial art skills, Gionne is able to handle any Majini attack.
In addition to the revelation of the playable Excella Gionne character, Capcom also disclosed that Resident Evil 5 fans can espy some new surprises in the second episode titled Desperate Escape. In the episode, Josh Stone and Jill Valentine are packed with some new moves. Josh can elbow drop injured Majini and also tackle them to the ground. Jill can jump onto a Majini’s back and mercilessly twist its neck. With these inclusions, co-operative gameplay takes a whole new turn in the game.
The Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and the Desperate Escape episode are both scheduled to hit the arena by March. No pricing details are revealed at this point.
