Trapdoor to Launch Warp in Collaboration with EA

One of the leading names in the gaming landscape, Electronic Arts garners limelight for its moves across the territory. After teaming up with LucasArts for the popular Star Wars series, the company has now announced its alliance with an independent developer, Trapdoor. EA Partners has entered into an agreement with the developer for publishing its upcoming title dubbed Warp.

“One of our goals at EA Partners is to seek out the leading independent developers within the downloadable games market and publish their titles to a wide audience,” explained Jamil Moledina, Outreach Director, Business Development at EA Partners. “We are thrilled to add Trapdoor to the EA Partners family and bring this best-in-class sci-fi stealth action title to gamers everywhere.”

Plugged to be a stealth action game, this title flashes a sci-fi world drenched in a unique artistic style. Allowing gamers to glide through varied levels, it features dangerous traps and interesting puzzles. The game will land on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC systems, enabling players from different streams to yield a gratifying experience from the title.

It has been announced that Warp will hit the Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC in the summer of 2011.
