In the online multiplayer gameplay, it offers five new co-op and team-based modes and up to eight players can join in. ‘Siege’ and ‘Duel’ are designed for the action-packed war experience while in ‘Competitive’ mode, players fight alongside each other against the enemy. In ‘Island Capture’ players must apply strategy to bring under their control the cluster of islands. And ‘Escort’ provides a balance between action and strategy in which players must either escort or attack a crucial naval unit.
