Dark Void is the upcoming title from Capcom for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Microsoft Windows. The game is expected to include both on-foot as well as mid-air combat and is scheduled to hit the gaming scene around January next year. According to the official Capcom-Unity blog, this title can be espied from the Dark Void’s Jetpack Attack website. Once there, players can play, design and fashion their very own 2-d Dark Void adventure. The flash title comes complete with a tool set that aids in the designing of their own version of Jetpack Attack. Their creations can then be shared with friends. Jetpack Attack is noted to be a horizontal and vertical side shooter. The game puts the players’ skill to the test as they face off the Watchers while guiding Will through the Void. Gamers can move on foot while also having the ability to fly with the help of Will’s jetpack. This gives a tactical advantage while taking down the Watchers. If players succeed in the mini-game, they may even be able to see their name in the Dark Void hall of fame.
