Darksiders is the video game from developer Vigil Games which is being published by THQ. The game follows the character ‘War’, the first Horseman of the Apocalypse, and now an e-xpress representative has revealed to us the Indian release dates and pricing for Darksiders.
War has been deceived by the forces of evil into bringing about the end of the world before its time is due. He is now accused of breaking a sacred law, provoking a war between heaven and hell. Stripped of his powers and dishonoured, War returns to Earth in a search of the truth and to punish those responsible.
Darksiders features an epic quest in which players battle across the wastelands and the demon-infested dungeons of the now decimated earth. Players will discover the apocalyptic power of War, learning new abilities and gaining new weapons.
Darksiders will be released for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on January 5, 2010. The game will come at a maximum retail price of Rs. 2,499 for each console.
