Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has sent word that Rampart is now available as a downloadable title for the PAL territories on the PlayStation Network. They uploaded the game on June 15, 2007.
Rampart is more of an action game where gamers beat enemy ships while preventing their adversary from damaging their castle walls. The classic Midway arcade title sees gamers prepare for battle, building and repairing their territories and firing away at enemies. Rampart has six levels and gamers can combat against three versions of enemy ships. It also has a four player online multiplayer mode as well as leaderboards.
Rampart is available on the PlayStation Network in Europe, Middle East and Australia. It will cost the PS3 gamers 2.99 Euros (approx. Rs. 164). The game was released on the American PSN a long time ago.
