This rumor was going on for a long time and now Starbreeze has confirmed that they are developing Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena for the next-gen consoles. The game will have a single player mode as well as an online multiplayer mode.
The game will take place on board the scavenger ship Dark Athena. It will have fifty percent more content than the original game. The commentary in Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena will be similar to the Developer’s Cut version that was released for the PC some time ago. The graphics are expected to be next-gen.
Starbreeze has not released any details regarding the launch date or the pricing. Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena will hit the Xbox 360 and the PS3. However, it would be great if they bring it on the Wii and the PC.
