PS3 gamers have been starved of AAA titles, but they were promised many new blockbuster titles this year. However, life is full of twists and turns and many games such as GTA IV and Merc 2 got delayed till 2008. Now GameSpot is reporting that Sony confirmed to them that Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune will be out this November.
Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune is an action game that is set on a forgotten island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, which is full of brutal, heavily armed mercenaries. The main protagonist of the game is Nathan Drake, who is marooned on the island and is hunted by the mercenaries. He must now survive with his pals as well as unravel the dreadful secrets hidden on the island. The game has been developed by Naughty Dog.
Sony has revealed that Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune will release in North America on November 20, 2007. That’s around the same time when Xbox 360’s RPG Mass Effect as well as multiplatform Rock Band are releasing. Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune might release in UK and Europe later in the holiday period.
