It seems that banning BioShock in your office can make your workers complete their work faster, ask Valve about that! Valve has announced that the Orange Box, which has Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2 and Portal can be pre-purchased via Steam.
Not only that, gamers who pre-purchase The Orange Box before the October 10 release, will save ten percent off the regular price. They also get exclusive access to the Team Fortress 2 (TF2) beta on September 17. TF2 features new game types, a signature art style powered by Valve’s next generation animation technology as well as persistent player statistics.
As you know that the Orange Box also includes Half-Life 2 and HL 2: Episode One, Valve has said that gamers who previously owned these titles will have the capability to easily “gift” them to a friend upon official release of The Orange Box.
There is one more surprise for users who pre-purchase The Orange Box via Steam. They will get a copy of Peggle Extreme. In fact, Valve has collaborated with PopCap to make a special edition of the game. It will be themed around content from Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2 and Portal and will be called Extreme Fever.
