Transformers is one of the highly anticipated movies of 2007. Now producer Andy Burrows has revealed details about the video game, which is simply knows as, Transformers: The Game.
Andy Burrows, Producer, Transformers says, “Yes, there will be two discrete campaigns for each of the different factions. The Autobot campaign follows the plot of the movie. The Decepticon campaign puts a twist on some of the critical moments in the film. You’ll be able to take control of most of the Transformers from the movie as you play through the missions, so you’ll be able to recreate all those cool movie moments that you saw on the big screen.”
“Transformers: The Game” will have two human characters from the film who will make appearances in the game but won’t be playable. The transformers will have the ability to transform from a robot into a vehicle and back to be as instinctive and as useful as a punch, a run or a jump. However, the final number of the total playable characters is still unknown.
“Transformers: The Game” will be developed by Traveller’s Tales and will be published by Activision. The game will release soon on the PS2, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360 and PC. So watch out for some destructive action.
