Bethesda Softworks has stated that Liam Neeson will voice the character of the player’s father in Fallout 3 and will appear prominently throughout the game . Neeson is known for his roles in Hollywood films like Schindler’s List, Star Wars: Episode I, The Chronicles of Narnia and Batman Begins.
Neeson says, “It’s been a pleasure bringing the father to life and working with the wonderfully talented people at Bethesda on Fallout 3. I hope the fans of the franchise and the game will be excited by the results.”
Todd Howard, Executive Producer, Fallout 3 quotes, “This role was written with Liam in mind, and provides the dramatic tone for the entire game. Liam is absolutely amazing to work with.”
Fallout 3 is currently under development at Bethesda Game Studios. There is no word as to when the game will release. The previous versions of Fallout games featured big actors like Brad Garrett and Ron Perlman.
