I think is in fashion to get video games delayed! First we have Lair, then GTA IV and now we hear that Left 4 Dead has also been delayed. Valve’s Chet Faliszek spoke to Eurogamer at QuakeCon and told them the game will release in 2008.
Chet Faliszek told Eurogamer, “We are saying early 08. Really we just want to make sure that when it’s released it’s great. All that’s been talked about and bandied about and I can’t say if we’re going to do one thing or the other yet. But definitely Steam allows us to do things on the PC side that no other developer can do, and we definitely don’t ignore that.”
Left 4 Dead has been developed by Turtle Rock Studios and was very well received at QuakeCon. The action game will come out for the Xbox 360 as well as the PC. Click here to head to see a video of Left 4 Dead that we had posted some time ago.
