Aspyr Media, the gaming company behind the zombie game, Rebel without a Pulse has announced a new action game for the PC and the PlayStation2. The all new action game ‘The Shield’ is actually based on the crime drama TV show which goes by the same name.
The Shield has been developed by Point of View is a knock-down, drag-em-out brawler that takes place in the gritty inner city streets of Los Angeles. Players take on the role of Mackey, the tough leaser of the Elite Strike Team, which is a special police unit located deep within the crime-riddled trenches of Los Angeles. Vic lives by his own code of ethics, neither bad nor good, and is willing to do what it takes to clean up the crime-ridden streets.
Players will be able to interact with complex characters and unique locations. You will be busting crack dens, disrupting bank robberies and nabbing serial killers. Experience the action and live life on the edge through the upcoming game ‘The Shield.’
