A 2D platformer which is fun for players of any age and skill level is what makers of the newly released Midnight Mansion HD are hailing their title to be. Playing as Jack Malone, gamers will be required to search for a legendary treasure whilst avoiding traps, solving puzzles and uncovering secrets.
Eleven mansions will be available for exploring, each with their own set of mysteries and puzzles. As gamers go on collecting keys that would give them access to new areas of each mansion, they will be met with situations such as riding on conveyor belts, avoiding zapper beams and dodging monsters. Positioned as a game for the entire family, this platformer features non-violent gameplay as well as support for multiple user accounts and online high scores.
As the name of this game indicates, it will be rendered in high-definition resolutions. Furthermore, its retro graphics would supposedly be accompanied by original sound effects as well as a professional soundtrack. The developer of this game has claimed on its official website that this offering will be enjoyed by everyone who loved classic titles like Dark Castle, Montezuma’s Revenge and Prince of Persia.
Windows XP, Vista, or 7 alongside a modern graphics card are the only PC requirements recommended by the developer. Moreover, this game is also compatible with Mac systems. The same codes that would be purchased for PC will work on Mac.
