“This first adventure pack to The Sims Medieval gives players more freedom to play as they want, which is the earmark of the Sims brand. For our players that want more guided gameplay, they will find new quests and one new Kingdom Ambition, and for those who prefer the sandbox world of The Sims, they will find more time to explore life in the Middle Ages,” explained, Scott Evans, General Manager of The Sims Studio.

A new gameplay is introduced in the form of Treasure hunting which comes complete with maps, shovels, rare treasures and surprising dangers. New items include birds, trains and interrogation chairs along with various pirate and nobility-themed items that can be used to overhaul their legendary swords or to adorn their customized royal weddings. The pack also allows Hero Sims to be accompanied by falcons or parrots or punish the bad guys by subjecting them to interrogation chairs.
