The presence of Mr. Paul Steed, who confounded Exigent, was a great attraction. Everyone was amazed to see a man of such high credentials coming to the arena in such simplicity and that too in a Capri!!!!

The guest lecture of Mr. Steed saw a huge crowd turning up to meet the man who had helped create many of their favorite games. Mr. Steed gave a presentation on the future of gaming industry, the chances that youngsters in engineering colleges and other technocrats have in this multi-million dollar and ever-increasing profession.

This was followed by an interactive session where the students asked questions ranging from Mr. Steed’s life to the social obligations of a game designer.

The crowd really enjoyed all the Counter Strike matches being screened this time on a high-resolution projector system. Although with a unexpectedly large of no. of people turning up for crucial matches, the organizers had to relax the security norms a bit and allow the spectators into the arena. The cheering and mood that was set up was simply amazing.

Casual gaming was also a nice attraction for the gamers to pass away their time till slots got free for their matches. Even school kids turned up to get a feel of the event.
