My Horse and Me Announced by Atari
Some time ago, we had reported about a game related to horses, G1 Jockey for the Nintendo Wii. Now Atari has joined the race by announcing a horseback riding and equestrian lifestyle video game, which is called as My Horse and Me. It features accurate horse models against a beautiful backdrop of charming indoor and outdoor environments.
My Horse and Me Overview:
My Horse and Me has a rich variety of game play modes and options to give gamers a deep and rewarding experience. The Championship mode lets the gamer take part in competitions at indoor and outdoor locations around the globe ranging from rustic stables and classical riding schools to world-class tournament locations. A series of fun mini-games offer a variety of game play experiences alongside rewarding horse care game play and wide-ranging customization.
Emily Anadu, Senior Product Manager, Atari explains, “We are looking forward to providing the horse-enthusiast community with a rich and genuine game that allows gamers to take care of and compete in a variety of challenges with their horse. The game’s characteristic and charming depiction of these noble animals is sure to win the hearts of horse devotees.”
My Horse and Me is being developed by W!Games for Wii and PC and by Mistic for the Nintendo DS. The game is expected to release in Fall 2007. My Horse and Me has been licensed by the Federation Equestre Internationale FEI (International Equestrian Federation). It seems that everyone wants to horse around with a video game!

I was just wondering if the graphics on th nintendo ds will look as good as the ones on this site.
It’s usually not the case for most games with many versions for pc, playstation etc.
And do you know when it will release in Australia?

i entered a funny photo competition to win a nintendo wii along with this game.
i won the competition & my horse’s photo appered in the hoys programme. I recieved the wii & was notified that i would recieve this game shortly after it was released. I was wondering when it would arrive as i have many friends coming over for christmas looking forward to playing on it

Hello! i have a horse name black beauty i named him that after the horse in that movie he is all black and has a star on his head .he is very adorible and would love to play with anyone we both do western and one time we went to a western compatison in 2006 and we both won a frist place ribben and i got $200 in cash and and a wii also i really like playing it and i want to get the game my horse and me for it so it would be even better! i got the wii fersion and it does not work well when i try to turn my horse in my horse and me it wont work he this wont turn does anyone no how to turn a horse in wii version?
nevermind we found the ways how to control the wii remote for my horse and me also its very fun its like your on a real horse!

I have the game on nintendo DS. The game is NOT as good as it looks. Try another game like: howrse, horsez, horsez 2, pet vet. Don’t get this game

I got this game the othere day and loved it, the only problem was once I completed the game you don’t get anything else to do, you have to make up another player.

the game is great. I have a horse named Ben,and he is the best horse that you could ever get. Because he could do stuff that other horses wouldnt do. For example he could jump a jump that is bigger than him if he wanted to. its true im not lying. believe it our not. if you dont believe it then you dont but its true.
