Razer Ouroboros Customizable Mouse Unveiled, BlackWidow Keyboard series Pepped Up

Fully-customizable ergonomics that are modifiable for any hand size and grip style are said to be on offer with the Razer Ouroboros mouse which has been introduced by the US-based peripheral manufacturer. Apart from this, Razer has also gone on to refresh its range of flagship keyboards, revealing the BlackWidow 2013 series.

An adjustable palm rest that is able to move 20mm, two interchangeable side panels and an adjustable back tilt angle are the three customization aspects found on the Ouroboros gaming mouse. It can be used wirelessly as well as otherwise, and bears inside it an 8,200DPI 4G dual sensor system. This rodent comes with Razer Synapse 2.0 which allows free cloud-saving of gaming preferences. Other key aspects of the Razer Ouroboros include eleven programmable buttons, a response time of 1ms, 1,000Hz Ultrapolling and up to 200 IPS, in addition to acceleration amounting to 50 g.

Coming towards the BlackWidow 2013 series, this range has been updated to comprise two enhanced versions from the previous range as well as a completely new keyboard. The entire line will now ship with an anti-fingerprint matte black finish, support for 10 simultaneous key presses and of course, the Razer Synapse 2.0 technology. New to the series is the BlackWidow Tournament Edition which comes with a light and compact profile that is partly made possible by the absence of a numpad.

The Razer Ouroboros customizable mouse will be made available later this year at a price of 129.99 USD (approx. Rs. 7,215), while the refreshed Razer BlackWidow 2013 series is already on sale with prices that start at 79.99 USD (approx. Rs. 4,440) for the Tournament Edition and go up till 139.99 USD (approx. Rs. 7,770) for the top variant.
