UFC 2009 Undisputed Announced by THQ

Previously wrestling video games such as the ones based on the World Wrestling Federation, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and even Hulk Hogan have been announced. Now THQ has sent word about UFC 2009 Undisputed, a video game based on the Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts organization.

UFC 2009 Undisputed will feature more than eighty top fighters in UFC competition across all five weight classes. Gamers can also expect the sport’s popular commentators, announcers, referees, trainers as well as the Octagon girls in the game. It runs on a new fighting game engine that has been developed especially for next-gen platforms. It offers responsive and easy-to-play controls.

UFC 2009 Undisputed features the Create-A-Fighter system that gives players character customization and training management options. The fighting game also has a robust Career Mode that sees gamers go through a series of dynamic storylines. Gamers can expect online support, including downloadable content.
