Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 hit the gaming terrain back in November last year and has been recognized by Guinness World Records as being the most successful entertainment launch of all time. Now players can take advantage of a new offering entitled the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Pack.
The latest pack is noted to be the second map pack from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The offering ensues closely behind the record-breaking release of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package. This particular pack established new Xbox Live launch records as the first few days saw millions of players taking active part in all the action.
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Pack is developed by Infinity Ward and offers gamers five additional multiplayer levels. The pack includes Carnival, Fuel, Trailer Park, Strike and Vacant locations. These comprise of three new locations and two updated classic areas plucked out from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
Published by Activision, the latest Resurgence pack can now be downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace for a price of 1,200 Microsoft Points. The developers of the game will also host a Double XP weekend for all Xbox Live players starting today to mark the release of the new pack.
