The casual title Diner Dash was released in 2003 for the PC. Later it was even ported to mobile phones by Glu Mobile. Now Hudson Entertainment has announced that Diner Dash for the Xbox 360 will be coming to Xbox Live on November 18, 2009. The award-winning casual game franchise has sold more than 5 million units in its lifespan to date.

“Diner Dash will feature the classic gameplay that fans have come to adore along with updated HD graphics,” Sabine Duvall, vice president of product development at Hudson Entertainment commented. “With a brand-new 8-person multiplayer mode, a whole new group of players are going to enjoy Diner Dash.”
Players can either take direct control of the game’s main character Flo, as she takes orders and runs around to seat patrons and deliver food, or just use the point and click mechanism aided by hotkeys to help Flo achieve customer satisfaction. The heart meter indicates when customers lose patience, and when the meter is completely empty, the customer will leave the restaurant.
Diner Dash can be played by up to eight players in the Team Dash or the head-to-head modes available in the game. While the game is scheduled to release on Xbox Live on November 18, 2009, the price has not been revealed.
