Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 was released in North America on September 27, and developer Konami has already prepared the game’s first batch of DLC which is to be made available tomorrow for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC versions of the title. This free update is meant to revise the club team rosters so as to align them with all the current transfers.

Skill parameters of players as well as kits of several club teams are also said to be tweaked through this update. A total of one hundred and sixty clubs will receive upgrades through this DLC. Moreover, hundreds of players are expected to profit from the ‘more realistic’ stats and abilities that have been shaped according to their real-life playing styles.
Konami has also revealed that this update will add to the game, 13 new styles of boots comprising the latest makes by adidas, Puma and Nike. The kit updates on the other hand, will alter the gears of 29 teams including Real Madrid, Sporting Lisbon and Bayer 04 Leverkusen. However, there is no news for such an update for the PS2, PSP, Wii and 3DS editions of the game which were launched simultaneously with the other versions.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 is the first title in the popular franchise to make use of the myPES companion which allows PS3, Xbox 360 and PC gamers to access Facebook without getting out of the game. This feature was first unveiled by Konami at this year’s gamescom.
The first DLC of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 is scheduled to release tomorrow for the PS3, Xbox 360 as well as PC. It will be made available as a free download.
