Electronic Arts has announced that they have begun shipping Medal of Honor Heroes for the PSP, which will hit the stores in North America on October 25, 2006. The rest of the world will get a chance at Medal of Honor Heroes on-the-go later next month.
Medal of Honor Heroes will be available exclusively for the PSP system, with an entirely unique storyline and PSP-specific feature set. Players will also get a chance to experience a new single player campaign, and can choose from six different multiplayer modes within 15 different maps, while participating in wireless multiplayer session with up to 32 players, which happens to be the most ever offered in a PSP game’s multiplayer infrastructure mode.
What is more interesting is that up to eight gamers can actually play across the room in a local adhoc connection. Besides, players can jump right into the action with the “Quickplay” missions in skirmish game mode.
Medal of Honor Heroes for the PSP will retail for a price of $39.99
