PlayStation Network Hosts Prince of Persia Trilogy in HD, 3D

Draping a memory from the past into today’s fancy attire, the PlayStation Network has unleashed its card to spice up the ongoing retro revolution in the gaming terrain. Well, a post on the PlayStation blog has reported that the platform will soon boast of The Prince of Persia Trilogy in 3D and HD.

Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, the three chapters in the Prince of Persia narrative dubbed The Sands of Time, Warrior Within and The Two Thrones are expected re-craft an amazing experience on the PS3. Encompassing the time-bound journey of the Prince to save Farah, these PS2 classics have been refurbished to display HD graphics. Gamers with 3D-enabled television sets can plunge into realistic visuals as the newly embedded three dimensional effects expand the contour of this Arabian Nights tale.

Prince of Persia The Sands of Time is now available on the PSN while the other two chapters have been scheduled to complete the trilogy this December. These games can be downloaded at the price of 14.99 USD (approx. Rs. 680) each.
