Rock Band 3 is slated to enter the gaming stage this holiday season packed with new features as well as keyboard gameplay. At Comic Con this year, MTV Games and Harmonix disclosed a taste of what tracks players can expect to see when the game releases. Now, the companies have come together to reveal an explosion in the form of the entire Set List for the upcoming Rock Band 3.

The 83 song on-disc soundtrack for the simulation title includes the likes of Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, Def Leppard, Ozzy Osbourne, Dire Straits, The White Stripes, Phish, The Smiths, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Foreigner and The Doors among other well-known names. Besides offering an extensive list of tracks, the title also brings to the forefront innovative new game play modes and instrument controllers. Among the array are three-part vocal harmonies and a keyboard peripheral as well as deep Career Mode, all-new Party Shuffle and Rock Band Pro.
“The Rock Band 3 soundtrack represents the strongest, most diverse collection of music ever assembled for a video game. The addition of keyboards and vocal harmonies to the Rock Band platform massively broadens the music selection available to our players. You haven’t sung Queen’s epic ”˜Bohemian Rhapsody’ unless you’ve sung the harmony parts – and you can’t do that unless you have Rock Band 3,” explained Paul DeGooyer, senior vice president of electronic games, music and programming for MTV Games.
