The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom is an innovative puzzle platforming game released for the Xbox Live Arcade in February this year. The Xbox 360 version of the game is developed by The Odd Gentlemen. Now 2K Play has announced that The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom has been released for Windows PCs and is now available on Steam.
The game is cast in a magical world in which time manipulation and self-replication is possible and presents the comical adventures of a stocky pie thief, P.B. Winterbottom. The PC Steam version of the game will have expanded leaderboard options, new unlockable achievements and five extra brain-teasing puzzles, plus Steam Cloud allowing players to access their save games on any PC from the Steam network.
The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom for the PC has been developed by 2K China and will be available exclusively via Steam. In the game players can record an action and a clone of P.B. Winterbottom will then repeat that action over and over. This serves as a platform to solve puzzles in the game.
