We are also looking forward to the launch of some great titles over the next couple of months, such as Super Mario 3D Land on 18th November and Mario Kart 7 and Super Pokemon Rumble both on 2nd December.”

As Fischer mentions, a host of big titles are lined up to release for the 3DS this holiday season. Mario Kart 7 fits in various characters from Mario titles as they race each other on themed tracks, while Super Mario 3D Land is a platformer which yet again has the chubby plumber setting out to rescue Princess Peach. Super Pokemon Rumble has already been launched in Japan and involves a gameplay that is built on the basis Pokemon silver and Pokemon yellow.

Furthermore, in December Nintendo will be releasing new content via the SpotPass which includes Nintendo Letter Box. This free service will enable 3DS users to exchange messages with their friends via StreetPass and SpotPass. They can even add their own 3D Photos and voice recordings to the messages.
