MX vs. ATV Reflex made its way into stores back in December 2009. The game is noted to be the fourth off-road racing title to hit the acclaimed MX vs. ATV series. Now THQ unleashes the official soundtrack for MX vs. ATV Reflex.

At the helm of the offering is well-known music industry veteran Raymond Herrera along with his company namely 3volution Productions. They bring together crucial elements of the game’s features like real-time terrain deformation and dual-stick control and perfectly merge it with their original creations. The soundtrack of MX vs. ATV Reflex can be played with most MP3 players like the iPod as well as iTunes and Windows Media Player.
“The MX vs. ATV Reflex soundtrack is a perfect example of great synergy between the right music and a compelling gameplay experience. The overall product is certain to have appeal with a widespread audience of game enthusiasts, off-road fans and mainstream consumers,” commented THQ Vice President of Global Brand Management Brian Coleman.
The soundtrack of the title was recorded at the Temple Studios situated in Chatsworth, California. The offering is noted to be formulated by the fruitful collaboration of THQ’s Rainbow Studios team along with Herrera and his industry colleagues. The outcome of this partnership resulted in a variety of heavier music styles complete with influences like Fear Factory, Soilwork, Killswitch Engage and Corrosion of Conformity. Some of the collaborators who fashioned the soundtrack include Jon Howard, Christian Olde Wolbers, heavy music industry professionals Mike Spreitzer and Jeff Kendrick as well as hip-hop artist Young De.
“We wanted the soundtrack for MX vs. ATV Reflex to sound like a full-fledged album, and as a long-time fan of Motocross, it was great to help add the realism to this already amazing game and franchise. All in all, it was a fun project to work on, and the end result sounds great ”“ especially every time I play the game!” exclaimed Herrera.
The MX vs. ATV Reflex official soundtrack list includes ”˜Pressure Plate’, ”˜Nac Nac’, ”˜Holeshot’, ”˜50 Ft.
