Midway Games has sent word that they will be coming out with a special edition of Stranglehold for the PS3, which will have the Blu-Ray version of John Woo’s 1992 blockbuster movie Hard Boiled.
Stranglehold was created as a sequel to the Hard Boiled movie, which starred Chow Yun-Fat, who played the role of a Hong Kong detective. Chow Yun-Fat also features in the Stranglehold game.
Stranglehold is being co developed by Woo’s Tiger Hill games studio and Midway Chicago. The special edition is expected to cost $69.99 (approx. Rs. 2850) or $10 more than the original version. Midway has not given the exact release date of the Stranglehold Special Edition.
