Electronic Arts has finally confirmed its simulation game, Spore for the Nintendo DS. They made this announcement at the Electronic Arts’ quarterly conference. EA CFO Warren Jenson says, “We have shifted and acquired resources and are attacking these successful platforms. In short, we are on it”
Spore creator and Maxis chief designer Will Wright was interested in bringing Spore to Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS. EA also plans to release My Sims for Wii and DS as well as SimCity for the handheld. EA confirmed that Spore for the Nintendo DS will release before March 31, 2008.
