Over the past two months, CTA Digital has rolled out innovative accessories for the Xbox 360 as well as the PS3 slim and its controllers. Now shifting focus to the portable gaming arena, the company reveals a wide range of peripherals fashioned exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. The plethora includes starter kits, color coordinated cases, speakers, charging docks and retractable pens.
All games and accessories as well as the device itself are safely protected and can be safely ported around with the latest options that also add to the owner’s personal style. They can opt from colorful silicone skins, zip-up EVA-style or luxurious leather cases and hard plastic or modern metal shells. The latter sports special cutouts for accommodating the device’s camera, ports and controls.
The Accessory Packs come in two hues namely black and blue while entering the gaming terrain in either a kit that comprises of essential add-ons or just the basics. The 5-in-1 Starter Kit includes stereo earphones, EVA case, plastic stylus, screen protector kit and a case for games. Other packs come in the form of the 18-in-1 Premium and 22-in-1 Ultimate which feature a Euro travel plug, car and USB power adapters, neck straps, more stylus choice, 3DS game cases and tote bags.
Players can simply attach their 3DS into the any of the two hand-grips to avail of console-like gaming through long-playing sessions. The screen is protected by the anti-scratch shield kits that are easy to apply. The Cartridge Storage Solution Box can house two styluses, 2 SD cards in a translucent snap case and 22 games. There are two docking stations namely an AC-powered recharging station Charging Dock and self-powered desktop speaker system entitled Speaker Dock.
These offerings are slated to release alongside the launch of the Nintendo 3DS which is due to take place next month. The exact pricing details are still under wraps for now.
