Lots of role playing games have been released for the Nintendo DS. Mega Man Star Force is one of them. Now video games publisher Capcom has sent word about a second game called as Mega Man Star Force 2. It will be released on two versions, Zerker X Ninja or Zerker X Saurian.
Mega Man Star Force 2 will have an updated battle system with new Battle Cards and new foes to confront. Gamers will be able to select Zerker, Ninja or Saurian depending on the version they decide on. All the three have exceptional special attributes and abilities. The game continues two months after the previous one left off. There is a new rival character called as Rogue.
What makes Mega Man Star Force 2 so different is that the game is an amalgamation of RPG exploration elements with fast-paced action. Gamers will come across enemies in the virtual Wave World and fight them on three-by-five battle grids with their Battle Card deck. The game features an upgraded Transer system. Gamers will be able to share cards, status upgrades, and even help each other to perform upgraded transformations via the “Brother Band” network.
Mega Man Star Force 2 for the Nintendo DS has been developed in-house by the same team who worked on the earlier game. It is expected to be out in June 2008. The game will feature wireless match application via the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection.
