Namco Bandai Speaks About Soulcalibur IV Install Size

In the next generation era, one of the things that console gamers, especially the ones who have the Xbox 360 and PS3, have always worried about the install time and install size. Yesterday, there were rumors on the internet that indicated the Xbox 360 version of Soulcalibur IV would need a HDD and the PS3 version featured a 6.5GB hard drive installation.

However, that is not the case as Namco Bandai has come out and spoken about the Soulcalibur IV install size. A representative from Namco Bandai spoke with gaming blog Kotaku and told them, “Those numbers are not accurate and are significantly overblown. The actual amounts of space for the Soulcalibur IV install and save data file are inline with other games requiring this feature.”

As for the Xbox 360 version of Soulcalibur IV, it seems that the official Xbox 360 website has removed the listing that said Hard drive required. Well, it seems that gamers who were waiting for Soulcalibur IV will not be disappointed anymore.
