Tony Montana’s coke sniffing expletive filled exploits did not end in 1983. The icon was brought back to life by Radical Entertainment in 2006 in a sandbox game where he fight’s back Sosa’s empire and succeeding at the conquest in the end, or as in the business of videogames, this seemed to be the end.
We recently dug up information showcasing that there is a sequel to the hit game already well under development. Two LinkedIn profiles confirm this, one that of Tim Dale, who worked as a game designer on the project and Mike Prince, who was employed as a vehicle designer for Scarface 2. Both showcase that the sequel is/was well under development.
If Radical’s Prototype is an example of the visceral level of immersion, the sequel to Sacrface will presumably bring along a much more vicious story and gameplay mechanics. Keep an eye out for this one since the game might just be announced early next year.
