THQ has sent word that they are developing WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 for all the major consoles. The game will mark the largest cross-platform launch for the market-leading franchise. The best thing about the game is that ECW will also be included in it.
WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 Overview:
- WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 will let gamers take the fight into their own hands with the debut of Superstar Fighting Styles. The game features eight unique styles, each having its own strategy and elite attributes. A brand new Struggle Submission System will give players intuitive and natural control over their WWE Superstars by using the game’s popular analogue controls. Realism and strategy are at the forefront, as gamers will now control the amount of pressure they apply to their opponents.
Also, WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 will feature a significant Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) presence, including a variety of Superstars, arenas and weapons. The game is also packed with major updates requested by fans, including new rosters, more environmental hotspots, a combined Season and General Manager Mode experience, better out-of-ring action, enhanced online community support and much more. The Nintendo DS version of the video game will offer a unique game play experience, including touch screen control over Superstars, situation-based fighting with unique holds and a full year of nonstop action in WWE Season Mode.

In smackdown vs rwa 2008 please make the weapons so that when you throw your oponent on to them it inflicts more damage. and also can you make two or more costumes for every superstar.amd one more thing, more stuff to create e.g) create your own sign board, tag team entrances and CREATE YOUR OWN ”’A R E N A”’ e.g) wrestlemania. thank you.

I would like to see less Loading screens. In O7′ they took way to long. And whenever i created a superstar and gave them a belt they would not have it on in certain entrances. Another thing, when i put there entrance as Toronto, Canada: the announcer would say From Toronto Canada from Canada. Just make sure you look over the game pretty good becuase it is very annoying.

If you have Jeff Hardy please make he so he can do swamtome bomb from the top ropes and please dont have undertaker as the world heavyweight because it will be very hard to take it off him in season mode in legend have batista and please make matt and jeff hardy as the world tag team chamions.And by the way…. please make sure when a superstar uses a weapons likea table many times on a superstar it should cause a BIG damage like a scar at the back not just on the face and when the superstar uses a weapon too much the security stops the match because no human can take that much pain.As you know in smack Vs raw the girls and the refs never bleed and that is kina …Silly in a way so make sure the bleed and when we attack them the pass out.

The two most important factors for a new game is as follows
1. 10 year career
2. multi person story mode with each person having storylines
u need to put sabu and u can play as everbody and have ecw storylines to and if u beat them to a bloody pulp u can see they leave in a strecther.

This would be the best game if it was more realistic like being able to do things like jeff hardy,edge and shelton benjamin do and have different size ladders and I think this game is going to be alot better than sdvr 2007 HARDYZ ROCK
Do they have fuffil your fantisy matches in this game cause they were funny and do they have diva seasons and season shouldnt just be the same every year and if it is make the season longer and it should let you talk to other superstars in the locker room and fight with them or become a tag team

in sd vs. Raw 2008 i think you should be able to use the legends and the divas in season mode, make the create a superstar mode like the one Sd v R 2006, put more options in any of the create modes like create your own tag team entrances or create your own arenas. I also think you should be able to take the rosters superstars and customize their appearance. It would be pretty cool to if you could combine the general manager modes with the season mode. I also think you should somehow put goldberg or Brock lesnar in there and alot more legend options.
you should be able to get weapons from under ring in the hell in a cell match. you should also make an extreme elimination chamber match. you should also be able to get out of the ring in the submission match and use weapons and stuff. there should be a tag team battle royal and a triple threat tag team match. in the create mode you should also be able to create your own matches for example you can combine matches creating thing like a steal cage ladder match or a hell in a cell first blood armegedon match.
IN 08 MAKE A BRAND CHANGE SO IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PERSON’S BRAND YOU CAN CHANGE IT LIKE (Jeff Hardy – Raw to ECW Ect.)
i think we should be allowed to go backstage with our superstar and beat up people or just chill , you should be able to piclk fights with people and knock on superstars dressing room doors and also talk to vince and coach
make it where when you create someone, the ring announcers call the person by there name. please put jeff hardy on this game. make superstars do finishers from top of the ladder. (jeffhardy do a twist of fate.) different ladder sizes. make king and jr, or michael cole and jbl announce everything that goes on in the match. on 07 when you do a chokeslam for examle, sometimes they would say, “stone cold stunner”.
make superstars get carried out on a stretcher and make superstars have bruises or cuts when you slam them through two or three tables.

Can you make it so you can make your own entrance movies? It would be really sweet if you could pause it in a match, move the camera view, take a pic and save it or film it from that angle. Then add those together for your own movie. Also customizable tag team entrances!!! And use the music on your 360 as entrance music.

look i love smackdown vs raw titals exept for there is NO JEFF HARDY! he’s one of my favorite wrestlers and well i think now since he’s really been comepeting he deserves to be in the game.Also i believe that there should be a way to that you don’t have to do all these cocied controls to do things. ALSO THERE NEEDS TO BE A JEFF HARDY!! why aint he in 07 already!!
One more thing if the superstar loses and wasn’t beaten to bloody pulp make him angry not just on the floor rolling around like a fool. Also in the royal rumble matches it’s like there eliminated and they walk into a magical invisible black whole. Also maybe there should be a way that there is hollywood hogan and you can play in the n.W.o after you get the legend supestar( like Ric Flair WCW etc)
I think that you all have great ideas but i think that in 2008 there should be more wrestlers like mvp,crimetyme etc, i also think that all the wrestlers should have there own voice on season mode and also there should be some new matches like the last ride match and the inferno match,,,,, i also think that you should put brock leasner,,goldberg,,jeff hardy and sabu on the game;;;please;please;please……………..

I agree with all the posts above but i reckon that they should have all the matches that wwe,ecw,wcw and if possible tna ever had like concrete crypt matches, texas bullrope matches, Barbed wire matches, elevation x matches, blinfold matches, casket matches and so on. Because the PS3 is using blu-ray disk, they should have every thing ever possible that was in all these brands,all superstars past and present, all matches past and present and future modes like create an arena, create a match and create and modify your own entrances

hello you know how when you look under the ring you get the same weponds, well I want a box where your name is suppose to be that has pictures of the weponds and you get to choose. I want it more graphic. You know that big TV that shows the wrestlers, well I think the wrestlers can climb it. I also think you should be able to run out of the ring into the walk way and to fight there. Also, I think that you should be able to go into other peoples locker room and attack them and they can attack you. I also think that the story mode should not be a year. You should be able to end it when ever you want.after you mace them blead and you hit them with a wepin the wepin shood have blood on it to.
Smackdown .vs. RAW 2008 should have these things:
1. Backstage arenas besides the parking lot and the restaurant (like Know Your Role did) – VIP room, Locker room, Women’s bath area, kitchen, WWE’s the World (old defunct restaurant) and two levels in the backstage area, where you can have weapons on the ground floor and weapons on the top floor — you would have to climb up to the top floor. Here comes the Pain had this feature, which was awesome !
The ability to fight in the street, with limos passing by. Throw someone into a small pond of water, hit someone with a park bench or throw someone into the wall of some building, toss the grocery cart into them, throw them against a telephone pole or throw them against a fence.
The ability to fight on the ramp stage area and on the ground area, where the sound systems were. That was cool in the first Smackdown .vs. RAW game.
Like power bombing someone through a table from the ramp entrance way to the floor or Shane McMahon climbing on top of the Titan tron and doing a crazy spot (flying elbow) onto Kane. That kicked butt !
The ability to hit your opponent before he/she steps into the ring (from behind) or hiding underneath the ring and attacking your opponent from behind (Horns waggle. Finlay’s leprechaun friend).
2. The ability of three choices to do to your opponent after a match: taunt, respect or beat them up some more.
3. Weapons that could be brought in from the environmental hot spots and breaking down a black barrier (by a spear through it) — Bobby Lashley or Edge could do this.
So that the garbage can, crutches, fan’s signs, umbrella or whatever weapons that exist (also the table) can be brought into the ring.
Weapons, in which any wrestler could carry to the ring — New Jack’s/Raven’s grocery cart, crutches, Finlay’s weapon shilleleh (sp ?), Sandman’s Singapore cane, Jeff Jarrett’s guitar, etc. Have it be useful and not break easily.
4. Give the wrestler the ability again to climb on the barrier or the tables to do any move possible. It was done in the Smackdown .vs. RAW 2006 edition.
I missed doing this stuff in the 2007 version. Stacked tables should also occur outside the ring as well. I wish that you could do more moves on the table (like any created finisher) than just a suplex or a flying elbow drop (to the announcer’s table). Why can’t someone do a Five Star Frog Splash onto 2 or 3 stacked tables on the outside of the ring or bring the tables into a Steel Cage match with a Ladder and Chair.
5. The ability to have weapons (like Tables, Ladders, Barbed Wire bats, Garbage Cans, Canes, and Chairs) inside the Steel Cage, Hell In The Cell and Elimination style matches. That would be a great concept. (Especially in the Steel Cage and Hell In The Cell matches.) Extreme Elimination match here we come !!!!!
6. A wrestler (your enemy) that cuts a promo inside of the ring before a match gives you the option to: a) attack them (by throwing cake in his/her face) or b) be allies with them or c) tell them to shut up. This can also occur in the backstage area as well.
7. The ability to do three things backstage: talk to a General Manager, talk to a wrestler (in the corridor — created, in the game or a Legend) or fight a wrestler in the locker or gym training room. The choice to create your own stable (within season mode or use your own created stable) or tell the wrestlers that want to team up with you to shut up.
You could have an alliance with Arn Anderson, Ric Flair, Finlay, Michael Hayes, Dusty Rhodes, Dean Malenko, etc. They could be your manager or accompany you to the ring. That would be nice…. Like what Flair was doing with Carlito (before they broke up).
(This was in the Here Comes The Pain game.)
When you talk to the General Manager, you have three options: A) ask for a Title Shot (should be any title) based on experience or attribute levels, B) ask for a transfer to a different brand (ECW, Smackdown, RAW or your created brand, which would be cool), C) ask to challenge a specific wrestler based on a rivalry. The GM will either ignore you, tell you to shut up, or grant you your wish. That was awesome….
You could talk to Stephanie McMahon, Eric Bischoff. But in this edition, it would probably be Vince McMahon, Johnathan Coachman, Shane McMahon, Teddy Long, and maybe Paul Heyman (if he’s still with the company, after being sent home by Mr. McMahon).
8. Create An Arena (you could also write in what City, State, or foreign country that the arena is in.) Like the New Alhambra Arena (the Viking Hall, the bingo hall, the ECW Arena)…. or the Hammerstein Ballroom / the Manhattan Center for an ECW event.
9. Diva Season mode with more Diva matches (Bra and Panties or Full fill your Fantasies matches, which should occur on more than one pay-per-view, Summer Slam.) Have the Divas (and your created Divas) to wrestle in every match possible, not just the Single (with Manager) matches or Tag Team (with Manager) matches. What about the Hardcore (Tag Team) matches, Falls Count Anywhere (which has the backstage areas) or even Steel Cage matches ?
10. In the GM mode, have the promos play out inside and outside of the ring, not just by reading the text. That sucked. Especially when you “interfere with the opposite brand.” That would be great to see visually. Someone from one brand does a run in on either a RAW superstar, Smackdown superstar or ECW superstar/”extremist.”
You can actually see and judge the “Bikini” matches. Interview promos in the ring or backstage with the Miz, Todd Grisham, Kristal Marshall, Michael Cole, Tazz, Jerry Lawler, Jim Ross, Johnathan Coachman, Maria, an ECW female interviewer — with the ability to say YES or NO based on your signature catch phrase (if a player could type in his/her own sentence, as a catch phrase. This would be good for the CAW wrestlers.); or the third option of beating up the interviewer would be a nice touch (except for the female interviewers).
Like when DX threw the Coach into a wall and all you could see was his buttocks.
“Kiss My Butt” club with Vince McMahon. Have Stone Cold stun Vinnie Mac inside of the ring, with the fans cheering for Steve Austin. “Austin ! Austin !” That would be awesome !
11. Create A Match or combine different matches together (like what other people said). Dumpster match, “I Quit” match (that was good in the first 2 Smackdown games for the PS1), Inferno match (Armageddon, with Kane and MVP), Item on a Pole match, Dog Collar match, Strap match, Punjabi Prison match (Khali, Big Show and Undertaker), 3 Stages of Hell (I missed that match !), Ambulance match, Stretcher match (might be similar to the Ambulance match), Barbed Wire (no ropes) match (would be good for the ECW crowd), Barbed Wire Steel Cage match (JBL and someone else in a No Way Out ppv), Texas Death match, 3 or 4 Way Dance (ECW’s original match), Ultimate X match (yeah right), Hair .vs. Hair match (see Donald Trump and Vince McMahon at WrestleMania 23), Monster’s Ball (TNA match), House of Fun (Raven’s weapons filled match), 6 Man/Woman Hardcore match, or Three Tag Teams Hardcore match (with TLC — think Hardy Boys, Team 3D/Dudley Boys, and Edge with Christian Cage). TLC match in a Steel Cage, Elimination Chamber or Hell In the Cell match, featuring tag teams or 3 .vs. 3 tag team action — bring it on !!!!
12. The ability to have the commentator’s say something relevant and not talk about other wrestlers that aren’t participating in the match (Randy Orton, Stone Cold and his Stunner). Have the commentators say something when they see a crazy/high spot or when a wrestler does something dirty (a low blow). Joey Styles: Oh My G** !!!!

13. Create a Sign. Create your own sign that will be seen in the hands of a wrestling fan. That would be good for any CAW wrestler that one create. One player would now have the ability to write down on a sign that: Vince McMahon sucks ! TNA rules !
And yes, I do have too many time on my hands…..
14. Customized soundtracks. especially for the CAW wrestlers.
15. Create an Attire for the Created as well as the Existing in game Superstars.

I forgot 3 more things.
16. Interference. The ability of the player’s wrestler to interfere in any match possible (before, during or after any match — yes, even the Steel Cage/Hell In The Cell matches). Have the Enforcer character to be used in Season Mode, General Manager Mode and maybe Exhibition mode, not just in the create your own Pay Per View mode. I don’t know. Do a run-in on a wrestler that you have a rivalry in. It makes the matches more realistic. Then, we get the classic (Dusty Rhodes DQ) finish.
17. Special Referee and Elimination Chamber matches. The “special referee” matches should be able to be made within General Manager mode season, and not just in the pay-per-view matches. The Elimination Chamber match was exclusive to the RAW New Year’s Resolution brand but now it must occur in the ECW December to Dismember pay-per-view as well. The ability to do a screw job match, if you are a special referee (dirty, of course) — see South Philly screw job by Paul Heyman or a Hebner brother (Earl or Dave) in the infamous Canadian Survivor Series match up between “the Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels and Bret “The Hitman” Hart. Vince and Shawn both screwed Bret, in my own honest opinion
18. Voices for the CAW. They were terrible for the first two Smackdown .vs. RAW series (2006 and 2007). The females didn’t have a voice either. Hopefully, the new edition will have better options. Unless they revert to those boring text messages again. I can do that on my cell phone — what’s new ? Only one of the voices did sound like Paul Heyman (voice option 3 in Smackdown .vs. RAW 2007).

Another thing is that this is another thing that the annoncers and the crowd but mostly the annoncers maybe should look a little better as graphics wise. There should be an n.W.o gameplay WCW,WWWF,ect. But maybe after u unlock the legend superstar like i said before. I think that if the devolpers put Hornswagle and little boogieman and Jeff Hardy it will be the best. Maybe even the Spirat Squad just so DX can beat the “fiesies” out of them Also there should be Vince Mcman in the game.
I did mention Backstage areas before.
Why don’t they have two screens, within a match. One (big) screen can be for the main match that the people are seeing. Another (smaller/picture-in-picture) screen can be shown for three things: a) a wrestler’s comments about his/her opponent (sound bytes), b) instant replays (slo-mo), c) backstage incidents and d) special events. The announcers can say something like “O o, something’s happening backstage. A fight has broken out between 2 wrestlers or a wrestler has been beaten up.” Then, the in-ring action becomes a smaller screen. The backstage area screen becomes bigger. “A wrestler has been injured. He/she has been jumped by an unknown assailant. We’ll keep you posted on his/her progress on WWE.com or our next broadcast.” Then, the wrestler that was jumped backstage can’t wrestle for that evening’s card. Then, an in-game existing WWE wrestler (of your choice) or CAW wrestler can take that wrestler’s place. That would be nice, if they had that. It would make it more realistic.
Special events (unplanned) — Like seeing the black or white limo drive into the parking lot, Stone Cold’s beer truck/monster truck/Zamboni or any wrestler (your CAW wrestler, an in-game existing WWE wrestler or a wrestling personality/manager.)
You could hear Jim Ross say something like this: “Who’s in that limo, King ? Are you thinking what I’m thinking ? Is that the chairman of the WWE, Mr. McMahon ?” Then, Lawler would chime in: “It’s the boss ! What is he doing here ?” A cut scene would occur.
You could see Mr. McMahon (a bald one ?) walk into the arena, pass the locker rooms and corridor and enter the ring area. Jim Ross: “It’s our chairman. He has made an unexpected visit.” Lawler: “Anything can happen in the WWE, J.R. ! It’s the Extremely Crazy White Guy, and he’s here tonight, on RAW ! Can you believe it ?” Jim Ross: “Tonight will be a night that we will never forget !” Then, the in-ring action screen would get smaller. The backstage screen would get bigger again.
You could hear the music (No Chance In H**), see the video playing on the Titan Tron and seeing Vince McMahon doing his funny strut all the way down to ringside. The crowd would immediately boo Mr. McMahon and chant stuff like “Mr. Clean” or “Where’s Baldo.”
The in-ring action screen would change to become full screen again. The chairman enters the ring to interrupt the match and grabs the mic to do three things: a) cut a promo (“No, I don’t suck. But DX and TNA wrestling does.) or b) makes the existing wrestlers in the ring fight someone in the crowd/from the locker room area (Umaga with Estrada) or c) gives out big news to all of the wrestlers in the ring (on their new match for an upcoming RAW/Smackdown/ECW show or pay-per-view). “Your match between so and so will be a (stipulation) match
at next week’s show or pay-per-view.”
or if it was Stone Cold, they would be like this.
Jim Ross: “Who’s driving that truck ?” Lawler: “I don’t know ? Who do you think it could be, JR ?” Jim Ross: “Stone Cold ! Stone Cold ! It’s Stone Cold Steve Austin !” Lawler: “He’s coming into the arena !” Then, you would see Austin drive the truck into the arena, up the ramp way. Then, the commentators would say: “Some one’s gonna get their butt whooped tonight ! Who could it be ?”

Interference and run-ins.
Why can’t they make a wrestler (your wrestler) pick someone from the crowd, tell the person to come into the ring and challenge you to a fight (ala Chris Master’s Masterlock challenge, Kurt Angle’s Olympic medal challenge or Umaga’s challenge to Santino Morella).
It would be nice if your chosen wrestler could be sitting down, in the front row of the crowd. You could hop over the barricade, get into the ring and knock your rival down with a good cheap shot, when the ref wasn’t looking and your opponent was near the ropes. Then, you would get the ability to duck (under the ring’s apron) or get back into your seat. Like what CM Punk did to Elijah Burke.
The commentators would say: “What the heck happened ? (Who is this person ?) He/she’s not supposed to be here/in this match. Can we have some security or event staff member here to kick this person out.”
If you chosen star was sitting down at the commentor’s table, the person/wrestler could get up, drop the headset and do four things to his/her rival opponent (or any wrestler or referee) in the ring.
a.) do a cheap shot outside, near the ropes (dirty)
b.) drag him/her out of the ring and beating him/her up senseless
c.) dragging the referee out of the ring before he/she makes the 3 count (if the ref was close to the ropes)
d.) get inside the ring and either do a cheap shot or cause a DQ by knocking your opponent (or anyone in the ring) out by beating the heck out of them. (managers can do this)
In the case of an serious injury to any wrestler or referee (that has been knocked out cold), the EMTs (medics), trainers, doctors, road agents, managers should come towards ringside (from the backstage area) and bring out the stretcher.
The commentators would be like: “The wrestler has been severly injured. We’re going to need some medical attention here. This could be a career-ending injury for the wrestler. It has been a sad day here at (the arena or city/state/foreign country).”
Then, you would see the wrestler being carried out on the stretcher and put inside of an ambulance. The wrestler (that is still standing) could open the ambulance doors and beat the injured wrestler some more or throw out the driver (to the ground) and drive the ambulance (cut scene, of course). Something that Stone Cold Steve Austin did to some unfortunate soul. Can’t remember the wrestler’s name right now.
New Age Outlaws .vs. Funk and Foley:
I remembered when the New Age Outlaws (Voodoo Kin Mafia to TNA fans) thrown Mick Foley and Terry Funk (as Chainsaw Charlie) into a dumpster. Then, both Kip James and BG Jesse James (Sandra Bullock’s main squeeze) threw the dumpster onto the hard concrete floor (15 ft.). That stuff was unreal ! Holy crap indeed. I really thought that was real !!!! I missed those moments. The drama, tension, emotional feeling that I had for that feud was great. I was thinking “Their careers are over. Both of them weren’t moving They are dead !”
The same reaction was for two insane King Of The Ring spots where Mick Foley got slammed over the Hell In The Cell by the Undertaker onto the announcer’s table; later, he got slammed again, first from the top of the Cage cell–instantly breaking it, then the impact caused Foley to land hard–on his back–onto the mat below.
How the heck did he survive that crazy stunt is beyond belief !

Creating a promo would be awesome if a CAW wrestler could write down a sentence using the “keyboard.”
Promos are done best with these wrestlers: Mick Foley (I’m hardcore ! Bang ! Bang !), Shawn Michaels (Showstoppa, the Heartbreak Kid, the Icon), Ric Flair (Whoo !), Hulk Hogan (back in the 1980′s, brother !), the Rock (Can you smell what the Rock….. Is cooking ?!), RVD (I’m the whole f’n show !, Mr. Money In The Bank, Mr. Tuesday Night R…V…D.) and of course “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (And that’s the bottom line…. ‘cuz Stone Cold said so !)….
Can’t stress the importance of actually using the HDD access for PS3 and 360 to allow users the ability to use their own music as entrance music (sorry if i’ve just repeated what 100′s of other people have just said…but they just have to do it).

Hey me again every once in a while a check back a this site and i like the ideas that these users are putting in.ALso there should be like maybe a mini-game for when u look under the ring like it’s not just sertaian weapons u can get like if u see a sledge hammer,a table,a trashcan, and chair u can choose what u want.Also before the match u can walk backstage for a while and there’s like a little clock in the corner so u no when to go ouy or you’re disqalified.Once again u should have the full roster u should be able to play a The Chairman,Coach,Eugene,and JEFF HARDY!!! Like i said before u should be able to like play in the old occocians (WCW,WWWF,WWA,and of cource THE n.W.o)

Just like in wwe smackdown Here comes the pain game after the match is over u can taunt, u can attack the opponent and respect.This should also be there in wwe smackdown vs raw 2008.One more thing i mean please….. please!put a lot of different storylines in the season mode for each and every superstyar and also dont forget to put Mr. Vince Mcmahon as the bald chairman.Thank U.
Personally, I only want a few things, for suggestions.
One, when reaching under the ring, you should have to press Square to access it like usual, but then press another button to select which weapon. Triangle for Ladder, Square again for Chair, Circle for Table, and X for Sledgehammer, but have this switched up for every side. One might have a Ladder, another might have a Table, another might have a Trash Can, and then another one might have a Barbed Wire Board… Hell, even put in a random section that has shopping carts, singapore canes, beer bottles, trash can lids, all sorts of stuff.
For the Wii, make every move interactive. They have a webcam system for it just like the Eyetoy, so make that usable for Piledrivers, kicking, stomps, leg drops, spinebusters, spears, everything. Make it as interactive as possible. Custom taunts would be cool too, like the RVD taunt by moving your hands in that motion while holding the controllers, or the Suck It taunt… So forth.
More movesets. Add more moves to the game. The torture rack hold into a spinning neckbreaker. It’s a move, just add it. Jackknife (release powerbomb). GTS (Go To Sleep). Uranagi (sp?), etc. Make more customizable moves.
Example, don’t just have the fireman’s carry choices as the FU and Steamroller. Add in the GTS, and the F5 as well.Then the Samoan Drop and the Spin-out…
For Chokeslam, have the Chokeslam, Chokebomb, or just a choking hold for illegal moves.
Lift up? Have the forward drop, reverse drop, gutbreaker, and a drop into a fireman’s carry.
Oklahoma Slam position should have Oklahoma Slam, flipping sideslam, gutbreaker, and a running oklahoma slam.
Powerbomb should have the Crucifix bomb with choice of release or falling, the normal Powerbomb with three choices of Repeated powerbombs, Release powerbomb, and sitout powerbomb, and have the inverted crucifix bomb.
Piledriver should have the Spike piledriver, the normal piledriver, the Facebuster (sorta like the pedigree), and the underhook powerbomb or suplex.
DDT would have the swinging neckbreaker, DDT, and the legsweep DDT, along with the ability to lift them into the Dominator move.
Suplex should have the Vertical Suplex like always, a pump, the forward release drop, and of course a Jackhammer.
Torture Rack, which has just the submission type move, the backbreaker, a spinning neckbreaker, and whatever else you might throw in.
STO hold, which has a normal STO, the Rock Bottom/Uranagi, a Complete Shot, and an Armbreaker variation.
Also, for each moveset, not only should there be the animations for turnbuckle and out of the ring, and onto tables, etc… Have super moves. When an opponent is in a turnbuckle, allow the R1+Circle then R3 selection to do moves like a Super Powerbomb, Super Chokeslam, Super FU, etc… Same for the Tables, and ESPECIALLY for Ladders. I would -love- to do a FU off a ladder, or Chokeslam off a ladder… Just about anything else you can come up with would be good, really.
As for characters, just keep them current. So long as we can use old characters too, it would be nice. For example, have Kane selectable as Masked or Non-masked. But have each one have their type of moveset. Gregory Helms also selectable as Hurricane with that moveset. Hulk Hogan selectable as Hollywood Hogan. Mick Foley selectable as himself, Cactus Jack, Dude Love, or Mankind. And give Dude Love the Sweet Shin Music for christ’s sake, that’s his move.
Create a sign sounds awesome. Create an Arena would be hard, but would be a neat idea, just have premade selections. Create A Taunt would be tough, but cool if you could do it. Hell, create a move by using preset animations and combining them. Example, turn a Crucifix Powerbomb into a piledriver, or turn a Chokeslam into a running variation like an Oklahoma Slam or something… These kinds of things would be amazing.
Stable entrances. Custom music (via MaxDrive, whatever, doesn’t matter). More matches (Inferno, multiple Special Referees, the REAL Buried Alive match [2007 was a Casket match], etc)… Stuff like that. Anything that appeals to the fans should be put in, really, and these are just my suggestions. You want another suggestion? Survivor Series match selection. 10-man Tag Team match, 5-on-5 elimination, last team left alive wins. Want more? TLC where you actually have to retrieve the belt. Still want more? TRIPLE THREAT TORNADO TAG LADDER MATCH. Have like four 8-foot ladders outside of the ring, have Tables and 12-foot Ladders, and chairs and trash cans, under the ring. Keep putting stuff like this in. If you can put all of this in SVR2008 or even 2009, I would almost die of the best gift ever. Especially if you can set it all up for the Wii… This series has always been my favorite… I just want more to it. =]
My last suggestion? Release a PC version as well. It may not sound hot, but a lot of the time PC games turn out really well, due to online play. If you can release this for Games For Windows – Live (formerly known as Live! Anywhere), then I would just love that. Online play without consoles, unique control system that would be different, but not horrible… in-game chat… Etc. PC is just the next step up for SVR, might as well take the leap. Worst you can do is plunge due to low sales, and just discontinue it and stick with consoles. =]

as superstars i want vince and jeff hardy in it. i want the superstars to have MORE THAN ONE COSTUM and a create your own arena your own tag team entrence. i want ashley in the game too. i want more hotspots and alot of weapons i want to do as much as cool things as posible with weapons. also when a superstar comes out make it so the other apponent colud anbush you when your apponent is coming out. OOOHHH YYEEAAHH and when your in a match make it so we could get out of the ring and leave through the crowd or entrence so we could leave back stage and we could gom in superstars locker rooms.Let us climb the stage when were in a match le us go in the crowd and fight in there. this would be the best ever SMACKDOWN VS RAW game EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks

this game also needs all the ecw and the rest of smackdown and raw superstars that werent used last year which i think will happen … but just incase because last year, the spirit squad were not in the game and they appeared before wrestlemania
keep season mode but extend it and that is wat i heard you guys are doing..i think its called 24/7 i love general manager mode except the fact that superstars under top five cannot fight for the world titles and include ECW in general manager mode.. dont forget the new superstars like deuce and domino and cherry …and dont forget paul london and brian kendrick like last year… if u can, try to make donald trumph in the game more ppl wud love to buy it and be able to do a hair vs. hair against any superstar and wen their heads are getting shaved.. let us see their bald head…even girls!! please make it impossible for girls to beat up guys cause that never happens in WWE unless a guy interference… wat wud be fun is if we get to make our own show and storyline with all the sperstars and commentators and watch it after even if it takes 2 hours and after we wud see the ratings recieved … in season mode where JR and King talk at the beginning or JBL and Cole, please show their faces and let us hit them … also let us hit the ring anouncers and audience that would be unrealistcly FUN

WWE 24/7 MODE should be like Raw2 season mode up to four players!
Entrance custom soundtracks and used own music as entrance theme song as a superstar come out to the ring. Entrance light should be edit like on Raw2. Create a entrance for a stable just like a single entrance!
Make titles more moveable and put every title in the game the WWE had ever used like the spinning united state title, ecw world title, rated r spinning wwe title also the wwf titles. Make it where the created superstars could hold the title in the hand during entrance and if have two or three championship belts, than title can be put in both or single hands and wear as a belt on hip!
Need more a lot weapons and pick a weapon as the created superstar favorite to used when he/she attack the other superstars during their entrance for the hardcore superstars!
Making signs of your own symbol created or words and pictures mix to with the colors you want and elements as well. Also most of this can be put or used on the clothes of the superstars like Edge Rated R Super symbol Kevin Thorn skull wing and the undertaker skull, something like this where you can created your own. Add more wings, animals, skull or words and element!
More masks should be put on their like Mankind or Kane real like that or TNA Sting or Abyss. Make more type of masks like skulls, animals, monsters, some with hair or without and edit the colors!
Take away PPV Mode and add your own arena where you can have your own ring like wwe, wcw, and tna. With your own logos and words of letters and designs setup for stage, ramp, rope colors for the ring. Choose commentary from raw, smackdown or ecw to be on your own created show!
A lot more plates need to be added and belt different straps for created championship tiltes and more designs!
ECW brand is going to be on the game so they should if more blood and have the ref end the match if beaten so badly and sent superstar to a hosplital just like they really do it and have security gruards superstars!
Need more matches such as the Infreno match, Last Ride match, Extreme Rules match, new casket match!
Create a Finisher mode would be good to have, for all superstars where you can make your own finishing moves!
Have a manager for created superstars to help out with career for the superstar to get their goals and create a manager one only!

make the rivaries more relistic in gm mode it only let’s you make how long the rivary is and what type it is. you shoul be able to attack them back stage or not show up for the match.also in season mode they only let go for one title in 2007 the wwe title or world heaveweight i wish you could go for more than one title or hold more than one title.
i think u shud hav classic tag teams like 2 cool and the dudly boys and better legends like the sam as 07 but with the likes of the ultimate warrior and hawk and animal and also choose atties like rey mysterios masks and stuff
also have a betta season mode because the last few have bben boring and have hornswaggle
in GM mode if a superstar is in a rivarly u should be able to attack them when there r on the stage makin there goin to the ring and the match goes under no-contest. and ecw should be in GM mode, also there should be a money in the bank match at wrestlemania not a tourment thats dumn. and there should be a Tri-branded draf(make a cut scen for it) each GM get 5 picks by rondumn. and who ever wins the money in the bank they should chary it around.

30. I think that Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 should be the ultimate and extreme wrestling game. ECW should be included. The title of the game should be “Smackdown vs. Raw vs. ECW 2008″. I think that you should be able to make people bleed out of other body parts besides there head, also different superstars should bleed more like Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, and Triple H all bleed a hell of a lot more than Edge, and it should be harder to make some superstars bleed like the Undertaker and Kane or Umaga you never see those guys bleed its really dumb that it is so easy to make them bleed.

You should be able to take weapons out of the ring, in the old games you go under take a weapon out but when go back again to take a wepon it’s the same weapon. All the other wrestling games suck so i hope this game is the best. The wrestler that your using should get so pumped up in the hardcore match that you can go into the crowd and take peoples drinks and throw it at the guy your wrestler ect….. When you have a hardcore match you should choose what kind of weapon you want to take out when you come out from your entrace. For some of the wrestlers like sandman should come from where they come out on tv. If the match is like the big show vs the great khali when they do a german suplex of the top rope to many times in a match the ring should colaspe to get the crowd really going. In table mathes you should have many styles to put opment throgh the table and when table brakes everytime someone goes through a table there should be many ways for a opoment to through a table. Also in a Table match you should be able to put a opoment through the table off the top rope and like when benoit did in the old days he put a table on the top rope and he put one on the arena floor set up then he did a power bomb of the table. The game should look real and painful. THERE has to be way way way more wapons to be used. When some of the wrestlers come out of there entrance they should give like a necklace to a little boy then show a smile on the face which makes the wrestler a more crowd favorite for the match which gives the wrestler a little better of a match. ECW has to has to be included and there should be extreme matches in ecw like the extrene chamber, barb wire match, stecher match, anywhere goes match, hardcore matches with tables on fire, barbire wire bats, tacks, and others. After it shows the wrestler comes out there should not be that wwe simple so the next wrestler comes out right away and the opoment will be looking at the challenger and the challenger will be looking at the opoment. Everytime you do a season mode the season mode will be changed around. In hell and the cell you should be able to out wepons and also so be able to grab your opoment and to moves without taking the opoment and throwing it into the cell. I could right all day about stuff but im not. Please make the game the best game so people will play every day and for months and months maybe even years please please please for the fans the would probally agree with me and i agree with there ideas.
at least put better moves than you had in SVR 2007 those moves were just plain stupid.

If someone got hit with a barbwire baseball bat in the arm the wrestler should start to bleed, not just tip over and lay on the ground.
If someone gets knocked out there arms and legs should not be laying out they should have there arms by there side and there legs together.

Have more moves than in SVR 2007. Moves from any wrestler in the original ECW, WCW, WWF, TNA and maybe ROH.
Have more aerial, technical, Lucha Libre, martial arts moves, every move from the Smackdown! series or WWF Attitude game (unrealistic), some moves from TNA wrestlers (like Petey Williams’ flipping Piledriver (awesome !) or AJ Styles Styles’ Clash (“landing pin” in the SvR 2007 game).
For the ECW brand, they should have these types of matches (which was taken from the old Acclaim “Anarchy Rulez” game):
1. Lumberjack (you can pick and choose which wrestler you want to be outside of the ring and how many)
2. Three Way Dance (yes, I’ve said this one before) or Four Way Dance – elimination style (the match ends when there is only one man/woman left)
3. Hate Match (I think the old Smackdown! games had this mode, it was appropriately called “Slobber Knocker” — your wrestler’s stamina would be depleted every time you wrestle a new wrestler. Similar to the “Gauntlet,” something that Bobby Lashley two weeks ago on RAW against Chris Masters, Umaga, Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon.)
4. Eight Man Tag Team
5. Stable Match (4 teams of 4 wrestlers battle for supremacy. As soon as one wrestler gets pinned, another one comes in. You also can wrestle outside of the ring.)
6. Barbed Wire (no ropes, ala Sabu .vs. Terry Funk/any ECW Original wrestler like the Sandman or Sabu .vs. TNA’s “Monster” Abyss) and Barbed Wire steel cage match (JBL .vs. the Big Show) Make the wrestlers bleed from head to toe; make the wrestlers wrap the (loosely cut) barbed wire around their entire body and use themselves as a weapon ! The barbed wire could be found either underneath the ring or in the ring to start with.
7. Dumpster match (Yes, I’ve said this one before)
I do miss the 3 Stages of Hell (or 2 out of 3 Falls matches) — you could pick the any type of match that the wrestlers could wrestle in (Steel Cage, TLC, Ladder, Triple Threat, Handicap (one on two, one on three, tag on trio), etc.
It’s too bad that you could not put one wrestler through a gauntlet (using General Manager mode or the new “24/7″ mode as they are calling it). If it was in the General Manager mode, you could make a wrestler wrestle in 3, 4, or 5 matches. Then, when the next day arrives, this particular wrestler will either be: tired, sore, injured or you could see a cut scene of the wrestler lying in a hospital bed. That would be realistic.
If you could make any wrestler sneak into the hospital room (like Mick Foley) and hit the injured wrestler/wrestling personality on the bed after talking to them, that would be awesome ! Mick Foley greeting Vince McMahon with Mr. Socko (after showing a female clown to the Chairman) or Stone Cold Steve Austin whacking the “Dr. of Hardcore” with a bed pan. This would play out in full screen mode or will present itself on the Titan Tron.
I think it was Smackdown .vs. RAW mode, that showed a video package of two wrestler’s feud against one another. I missed that. The game would show this video promo on the day of a pay-per-view within the Season mode. I miss this thing.
There should be Instant Replays of this incident at the hospital and the “RAW, Smackdown or ECW Rewind” during the Season mode and new 24/7 mode.
There needs to be some kind of dramatic and emotional attachment to the feud. If this is absent, then the fans would see this as “the creative team has just put two guys together and tell them to just wrestle.” It’s like throwing darts at a dart board. And whatever sticks is what the creative team will go with.
It’s too bad that the game doesn’t have the RAW Roulette/Pick The Wheel, Make The Deal option in either the Season or 24/7 mode. A concept that Eric Bischoff created in the old WCW org.
It’s too bad that you don’t have Eric Bischoff, Paul Heyman, Teddy Long, Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Tazz, Johnathan Coachman, The Miz (Hoo-rahh!), Todd Grisham, JBL, Michael Cole, Kristal Marshall, Maria, any female announcer from ECW, Justin Roberts (ECW announcer), Lillian Garcia, Tony Chimel (the one that Ken Kennedy always picks on), Vickie Guerrero (why !), Michael Hayes, Arn Anderson, Dean Malenko, Simon Dean (ECW), Scott Armstrong (ECW referee), trainers, event staff security, EMTs, rent a cops (security guards), and police officers to either talk to, beat up or knock out when you see them.
I love the idea of having the WCW pay-per-views in the game, since they own the library. War Games, with the three 4 sided rings attached to 3 steel cages. Take that, TNA and your stupid Lockdown ppv idea ! I think that that particular pay-per-view concept is boring…. Having weapons in the cages would be awesome !
What about hand cuffs (not as a weapon) to tie your opponent to either the ropes or a ring post…
Have a wrestler crotch their opponents to the ring post by pulling either one or both legs towards the ring post ! Ouch ! That would hurt…
Or kicking it “old school” style… Twisting either an opponent’s arms or legs to the ropes, so that you could either do a running move, knocking your opponent out with a weapon or doing a wrestling move on him/her.

Why couldn’t you have a Stable (2 or 3 members) that held down your opponent (in the ring, of course) on all fours and do either one of these five options. 1.) Taunt your opponent, 2.) Knock your opponent out with a guitar (see Jeff Jarrett or the Honky Tonk Man), 3.) Hold up a championship belt in the face of your opponent and saying something (“This is the closest that you are ever going to get to the championship !”), 4.) Doing any wrestling move against your opponent (finisher, diving, technical or ground move–not just once, but either 2 or 3 times more) or 5.) Cocky Pin, as one of your Stable mates becomes a “ref” and does the count for the 1-2-3.
The crowd naturally would “boo” you. The commentators would be like: “This is uneccessary and uncalled for. The referee has been knocked out. What a heineous act by this individual. We need some security. Call the medics, and stick a fork in it, he/she’s done. He/she has been knocked out. Look at that glazed look in his/her eyes. This wrestler (you) has stepped over the line ! This is not business, it’s personal (now).”

the buried alive match should be easier 2 put ur opponent in the hole like being able 2 choke slam him in it, last ride, FU, etc and u can then have the choice of buring him manually w/ shovel or get in a payloader and do it (p.s. leave the coffin out of the match)

All ideas of TNA in the game should merely just be in a TNA Wrestling game. The topic is WWE here people! Nothing against TNA because I like it more anyway. The best of what was mentioned above should be in the game. What wasn’t in 07 that was in another Smackdown vs RAW or Smackdown game should be added and updated with cutting HD graphics. Like walking backstage, teaming up with another wrestler, create a stable during the game and use it in season. Fix the announcers so they speak of what is relevant to the match going on. I don’t want them hearing mentioning Daivari in a Battle Royal match when he was long eliminated (i.e.) so on and so forth. If they have Vince bald…have his hair grow back slowly over the weeks during the game. Make him wear the fedora or the dewrag when he is….or if there’s “get shaved bald if I beat you match” choose the option of picking a hat, wrestling helmet, or whatever if you lose. MUST HAVE choose your theme entrance music from hard drive!! Yes agree totally. You should get the option to even choose the length of the song starting and beginning before you add it too.(editing) Don’t have RVD in the game he’s not there anymore. The Hardyz should beable to do the Poetry in motion aas a tag team move. There should be 8′ 12′ and 20′ ladders. You should be able to choose what weopan you want under the ring and to be able to do finishers off of ladders. They also need to be able to place tables on top of one another!!!!!

I think that in this game they should totally bring back the original DX members: Chyna, X-Pac, Road Dogg, & Billy Gunn. They should also include these matches: Barbed wire matches, barbed wire cage match, extreme elimination chamber, I quit match, 5 on 5 tag team matches, punjabi cage match, stretcher match, last ride match, inferno match, & extreme rules match. They should also allow us to make our own arenas and every pay-per-view arena should be in the actual arena where the real event took place. We should be allowed to fight anywhere in the arena: Between the crowd, backstage, in the lockers, in the parking lot, the whole damn stadium in other words. The wrestlers should talk while they wrestle. The commentators should say different things and not the same crap over and over again. Longer season and gm modes, bigger ladders, capturing the title in TLC matches, being able to choose what weapon you take from under the ring, more interaction with the crowd, and better commentary, and having to be the number one contender to challenge for the champinship, more divs, and more things to do on the stage e.g jumping of titantron, or throwing someone off, bigger areas for backstage brawls and commentators announcing the tag team, not just one person, plus make your own match types eg, TLC cage, and hell in a cell elimination, and extreme elimination chamber with entrances.

Mke the a.i and collison detector better aswell, in elimination chamber matches, people break up the counts, and in triple threat tag team matches, only your tag team partner breaks up the count
Could people please stop talking about putting TNA and other non wwe characters in the game its just stupid, also dont put in past wrestlers in different companies, because they will get sued!!! However if it is possible to create them in CAW mode then by all means, and also more custom entrances and preset movesets please. make tag team finshers make them hurt more than usal moves in 24/7 mode when u have a rivarly your oppents could come before the last match and talk with cole and jbl when the match is happening make replays like the ones on smackdown when it’s only a real highlight
K make it so you can have ten people in the ring for the Royal Rumble. Fill the sides with momentum bars and stuff or put tiny ones over each ones head. Also, less loading, extreme elimination chamber, better stamina system, custom music for entrance, create a move, be able to go backstage in a hardcore match, able to go on the titantron, be able to throw people of cell to table, not fall off so easy, more weapons, blood in different places, be able to go after all title in story mode and MAKE THE DIVAS HOTTER!

Please put Jeff Hardy and CM PUNK in SmackDown vs. Raw 2008. Also in the superstars entrance, show the wretlers walking from backstage to the main stage.
When your making a creative superstar entrance the music you have downloaded to your xbox 360 hard drive can be used in there entrance.
Please put Goldberg in smackdown vs. raw 2008,and light tables on fire,and should be able to make your on arena and match, and the wepons will never disaper but when you break a table the table pices will stay in the ring until the referee takes it out of the ring and you chould set chairs up to sit someone on it, and when your sabu you can do an arabean facebuster to someone on a table and when your the ECW origenls make them come out from the croud, and when your at a ECW arena the croud will say ECW out loud and if your opponet is from raw or smackdown if the croud dosen’t like them they will BO him, and when a ECW origenl does a cazy move to a table the croud goes crazy and jumping and chanting for the superstar who did the move and when you fight in the croud you can follow your opponet if he tries to go to the exit door, and you can run or walk trough the people to the exit door and go into the top stands.Also when you are playing seson mode if you win the World Heavy weight chapionship or the WWE chapionship or the ECW chapionship at a pay per veiw at the end of the match you should have the chouse of celebrating in the croud or not to celebrat in the croud, and please have a barbed wire cage match,barbed wire ring match and a i quit match.
Please make Randy Orton do the real RKO beacause i dont like it when Randy Orton swings his opponent when he does the RKO.

Hey, I just want to keep it simple. I don’t want a million new features i.e swords, guns (lol) and rediculous things. Or 250 wrestlers or something crazy. But me and alot of people I know would love (absolutely love) Create an Arena and timing for when your player comes out. Create an arena more than anything. (for PPV’s and exibition/title match mode) Kind of taking what WWF Attitude did, and significantly enhancing it. (enhancing it by letting people use letters and make them as big or small as they can, graffiti if possible, pitting their own words on the side of the apron, and in certain spots on the arena etc.) that’s all i’m asking for.

I think there should be a create a arena and plese make sure you can bring weapons to the top of the cell and there should be thumtacks amd pipes and there should be F-5 in createa moveset. You should be able to see lilan and the people with wires beside the anouce table and you should be able to use the t.v.s and you shoud be able to use the peopl in the audince as weapns like push the people against your oppent . Please let there be hard chalenges. There should be main event’s for all the challeges

In Smackdown vs raw 2008 if you make it for psp please put everything in it. Because in smackdown vv raw 2007 everything looks fake on psp when u create a superstar all u can have on that superstar is six layers of clothes. For example on PS2, PS3, Nintendo DS, Wii and Xbox 360 everything looks real also u can put more clothes on your created superstar. Plus in SD vs Raw 2007 you had everything about a superstar but he wasn’t in the game. For example a lot of people wanted Jeff Hardy in the game but he wasn’t in the game.
and please make the game for Xbox PS2 is older than Xbox and u arent making the game for xbox come on know.
And the name of the game should be Smackdown vs Raw vs ECW The triple threat edition.

Make the season mode better for example make wars in the game against the three brands Smackdown, Raw, and ECW. The royal rumble should be where superstars keep on coming after 1 minute. The royal rumble gets boring with just 6 superstars. At least try to get 10 superstars in the ring. For the money in the bank ladder match u should be able to have more than two ladders. Also u should be able to set the ladder against different thing outside the ring just like wat Jeff and Matt Hardy did to Edge. You should be able to pull ladders from under the ring at any time also taller ladders.

I think there should more matches like inferno match last ride match, bobwire rope match and so on. And you should be able to create your own match and arenas. please put Jeff Hardy, goldburg, brocklesner, sabu, sandman, and tommy dreamer and other wrestlers in the game. They all deserve to be in the game. And we should be able to go backstage or in the streets during any match. You should make seosn mode longer. And you should be able to change the color or costume of the superstar’s clothes that you pick without buy it. Plus the wepons should not disaper and you should be able to chose witch wepon you get. And you should be able to do seosn mode with legneds and divas. And refs and divas should be able to bleed too. In tables matches there should be 2 or 3 gas tanks so we could put the table on fire before we put the person we’re wrestling through it. And the comenntary should be better be couse sometimes when we hit someone with a chair it says stonecold stuner. And the fans and j.r.,tass,michle cole, and jerry the king lawler should look better. And when you smash someone through the anouncer table you should be able to beet up the people anouncing. And seosn mode when your in a rivalry the other person in the rivalry should sometimes be able to come out and sit in the anouncer table and talk to the athor people in the table like in real life. look guys heres what i heard everybody will have two fighting styles. They also said that the main point in 24/7 mode was to becomer a legend. they said it will take undertaker six month to become a legend so it will be no fun if u pick him. They said that it will take a created person 3 years to become a legend so that will be really fun. I don’t think that people like Chris Benoit should be included in the game (after what he did to his family). Eddie was ok because it was a tribute to him, but it’s still a bit creepy playing as wrestlers who have passed on.
I would like to see the return of such things as using your own entrance music (with songs stored on your hard-drive) and the ability to have one costume for wrestling and one for outside the ring (such as when MVP comes to the ring to do his talk show he doesn’t wear his wrestling costume). Also I would like to see the return of being able to have your own entrance video (like WWE Raw 2 on the original XBox), where it showed a particular move (ie your taunt or finisher) on the Titantron.
It would also be good to be able to talk to an interviewer back-stage, have Divas in Season Mode, have Divas come out with your wrestler (like Santino Marella and Maria, or The Miz with Extreme Expose), more areas (back-stage, attack someone when they’re coming out to the ring or run out behind them and attack them, etc) for fighting (not just limited to the parking lot or restaurant). Plus there should be more things to buy so you can decorate your dressing room (like the big Hulk Hogan statue on top of the tv in the restaurant, the Ric Flair statue, etc).
It would also be good to make Challenges and Trophy Matches (Money In The Bank, etc) easier to win (because the Legend Challenge where Dude Love fights Mick Foley, Mankind and his other persona is just too hard to win).
You should have Hacksaw Jim Duggan; and you should be able to play as JBL, Roddy Piper, or anyone included in the SVR2007 game who is a part of a storyline, and they should have their own storylines (the only one that is different is if you play as Edge when he is the champion and you get John Cena who was a Heel wants to challenge you for the championship). But you can’t do that and it just gets boring if you have the same storylines whoever you play as (a CAW or existing superstar). The crowd should react accordingly if you change between a Face and a Heel in Season mode, depending on your actions (like if you attack Big Show then you are a heel or if you make friends with him and attack Carlito, Chavo and Davari then you are a Face; as in the current game)

And u can attack peolpe, and hit people with chairs, and jump them, and help them, and shake hands woth them after macthes in season. if u beat them down to bad u can get supended or secrutity will come out and u will have to fight yo way through. like after your enemy macth u can come out and attack after macthes and if u beat them up to bad they will be out for a while such as being inguried. let people go back stage or in the seats. In season make let them please let them show off belts and go for any belt they want if they want. after becoming a legend or before.
also please have great macthes. like hairshave match and being fired mathes in season and in exbodition. If they lose a tile let them get a chance to get it back or get a new one. or let them sign contracts and tacke pics.

When is THQ going to add Ulimate Warrior as a wwe legend in the smackdown games.
There should be a mode so you can copy the original superstar THQ made for example undertaker. Then you should be able to add what you like on them. If you want the badass undertaker change his hair. These day’s if you want to create a wwe superstar we cant make it propley. So copy the original one would be far better.
i wish that superstars had more costumes cuz it get boring.

This is a thing a found about 24/7 mode YOU MIGHT WANT TO READ IT:
Just a few months ago, THQ gathered the gaming press in the shadow of Wrestlemania and let the world know that the general manager and career modes from SmackDown! vs. Raw’s past was dead.
Fans didn’t take it well.
It wasn’t so much the elimination by combination — you can now play as a GM or a Superstar in one mode called 24/7 — that raised their ire; it was the overall ambiguity of this new super-mode. Would it retain the story-driven single-player mode? Would it retain the cutthroat GM business of trying to keep your show on top while keeping your superstars healthy? How would the modes bleed into one another?
We’ve been able to spend an extended amount of time with 24/7 Mode — an early build of the game that is subject to change — and have come away with a number of impressions both good and bad.
Home sweet home.Let’s start where the changes are the most noticeable — 24/7 Mode as a Superstar. When you select the option you’ll be able to start a career as a Superstar or created character. If you choose your created brawler, you’ll start with your minimum attributes and begin working your way up the ladder through skill training. Choose to be an established character, and you’ll be able to start with the steam the wrestler already has or from scratch to build your own dynasty.
Now, readers, brace yourself; I have bad news … possibly terrible news. You can’t take an ECW Superstar (CM Punk, Elijah Burke, etc.) through 24/7 mode. Worse? You can’t take an ECW Superstar who swapped shows (i.e. Sandman, Bobby Lashley, etc.) through the new career mode either. Go ahead and let out a frustrated cry, ECW fans — we did. There’s a fair amount of voice acting and show-specific storylines for Raw and SmackDown, and it would appear that just couldn’t be done for poor ol’ECW.
Once you get over the grief of not being able to play as any ECW dude — with the exception of Johnny Nitro on Raw — you can begin your dream of becoming a WWE Legend with one of 19 available wrestlers. The mode kicks off with your Superstar meeting Vince in the middle of an empty arena and him challenging you to become a legend and make it to the squared-circle for that awe-inspiring event known as Wrestlemania. From there, you adjourn to your new home away from home — the WWE Locker Room.
For our first jaunt through the life of a WWE Superstar in SVR ’08, we chose Matt Hardy and set out to make our mark on SmackDown. Theodore Long prepped us with some lengthy voicemails about becoming the number one contender, Rey Mysterio kept sending us emails saying that we hadn’t earned anyone’s respect, and Booker T got pretty pissed when Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley started looking at us for a starring role in an upcoming WWE film.
To make this kind of impact, we needed to push Matt pretty hard.
See, there are four days of activities outside of your respective program — if there isn’t a PPV, you get the weekends off — and from the calendar you can choose what you want to do on these non-wrestling days, but each choice will come with its own set of positive and negative elements.
Sandman = ladies man.Matt’s on SmackDown, so his week is free and clear up until Friday. On Monday I might invade Raw and get a popularity boost with the fans but risk getting more fatigued. Tuesday, I can select a day of R&R to counteract the fatigue but lose the ground I gained with the fans. Wednesday, I can star in a movie to get over with the fans and grab some cash, but I’m going to be fatigued coming into Friday’s show.
This give-and-take is spread out over training exercises — nifty mini-matches where you’re given a goal such as completing a set number of taunts or Ultimate Control Grapples to better your stats — skill improvement training that costs money but will teach you mic moves and heat-gathering abilities that will lead to bonuses in your daily events, and the events — autograph signings, trophy dates, etc. — themselves.
Now, other than the training exercises, this is all strictly handled on the stat sheet. If you choose to put your wrestler through the $5,000 pain management session, which improves your recovery rate, you’re only going to see the number you’ve added to your skill and the money you’ve lost. The same thing can be said for any press conference or photo shoot you hold.
Hurt your back? Keep on wrestling, Matt.So, you can see all the options we had for young Mr. Hardy. We wanted to crack the Top 25, so we started doing movies to get over. We wanted to make a name for ourselves, so we started invading other shows. We wanted the ladies, so we started going out on dates. Our fatigue went up — you can monitor the stat on your computerized health report — and as that happened, so did our injury probability.
A few weeks into his run to become the number one contender, Matt suffered a herniated disc in his back. The WWE medical staff suggested he take seven weeks off to rehab the injury.
Here’s where it gets weird — and keep in mind that this isn’t the final build of the game — there was no time-off option. The WWE was telling Matt to stop wrestling, but we couldn’t make Matt stop wrestling. With the herniated disc tearing apart his life, Matt began entering matches with his torso already showing damage on the HUD.
Although not being able to take time off stunk, the fact that the game made us carry injuries into our matches was a cool feature, one made better by the AI’s ability to pick up on our hurtin’ back. When Matt faced off against his former tag team partner Mark Henry (don’t ask), the World’s Strongest Man repeatedly strong Irish whipped Hardy into the corners. Matt would slam into the turnbuckles and his back would get worse and worse. In a few exchanges, Mark had Matt down for the count.
A lot of fans on the IGN SmackDown message board have asked how the backstage environment works. No, you won’t be able to roam the halls at your leisure, but there are a handful of cutscenes that have your superstar walking into the ladies locker room, cutting promos — occasionally, you get to choose your response — and dealing with your fellow Superstars.
You can manage ECW Superstars in 24/7, but you can’t play as them.Hopefully, THQ and Yuke’s will shake things up in the final build. In our few months as Hardy, we walked in on the ladies changing more than once and saw the same walk down an opponent-filled hallway two or three times. Worse, the walk didn’t make any sense. One moment we were getting a rambling, pissed-off message from Rey Mysterio, and the next we were shaking his hand in the hallway.
Whether you love or hate the changes to the individual side of 24/7, you should find GM Mode familiar and suped-up. The mode’ll start and you’ll have to choose if you want to be Theodore Long on SmackDown, the Coach on Raw or Tommy Dreamer on ECW — yeah, even though you can’t wrestle as any of the ECW guys in 24/7, you can book them and use them in the GM part. From there, you’ll have a private meeting with Mr. McMahon on his jet, and he’ll basically tell you to take your brand to the top or look for another job. Of course, Vince says all of this in that gravely growl of his so it sounds more intimidating.
You draft a roster (or pick the preset one) while managing your budget, set folks as clean or dirty, choose champions, get to hiring writers and set up feuds, which can be tracked in WWE Magazine along with trades and the health of your crew. Basically, it’s a slick version of last year’s model — except that you can now put your boys through the paces on their off days.
Hone your skills, or job forever.Just like in the Superstar portion of 24/7, GM allows you to put your performers through training exercises, skill improvement and events. It’s a good way to make your roster more durable, popular and better wrestlers while making you an extra buck or too.
Obviously, there’s a lot to 24/7 mode. On the single-player side, you’ll be able to track your skill progression, morale and progress to Legend status while being a GM will have you balancing the books and trying to push your faces and heels in the most appropriate way. Succeed, and you can take your earnings to the WWE Shop and unlock Legends, belts, move sets and more. Fail, and Vince will make sure you never work IN THE BUISNESS AGAIN

it would be cool for in svr 08 and 09 to go to create mode and be able to pick whitch show which superstar will be on like a draft and in title mode only supstars from sd can compete for sd titles and from raw can only compete for raw titles same for ecw and there should be ecw tag titles and there where more supstar choices and legends(also everyone can compete for lend titles)and a longer ecw roster i mean seriously 8 ecw superstars ridicoulus and created titles will show up in regular title mode and will be the same as all real titles accept not annonced like they say on the entrance…..he is the world champion…not like that and there were arenas from all the past wrestlemanias and you can vacate titles and award titles and all titles start off vacant please take these ideas into consideration it took awile to think of these ideas.

i dont know why,but in ECW Extreme Rules,when i double stack tables then set them on fire,i cant put my opponent through them.I’ve tried everything.Does anybody know how?
excellence of execution: Put the tables outside the ring and throw the opponent from the inside with an ultimate control powerbomb? That would be my guess.
How DO you get on the cheat menu in it?
