Is EA making a Godfather Sequel?

NCP analyst Todd Greenwald went to the Electronic Arts studio in Redwood City and spent some time over there. He told Gamesindustry.biz, “We learned that EA is leveraging the momentous amount of development time and costs that went into The Godfather game. The open-world engine was built from the ground up for The Godfather, and is now being used by five different franchises, including The Simpsons. The Godfather 2 is also in development currently, though timing is unknown.”

Todd Greenwald informed that EA expect MySims, the new franchise for the Nintendo Wii, to increase their sales figures. However, he also explained that Pogo is still undervalued and it will bring in the big bucks for EA in the distant future.

It would be great to play the sequel of the Godfather game. But, EA should include more action in the gameplay of the Godfather II game.
