Schizoid and Golf: Tee It Up on XBLA this Wednesday

Some days ago, Microsoft had put games like Elements of Destruction and Sea Life Safari on the Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA). Now they have sent word that this week there will be two games on the XBLA as usual, one is Schizoid, the other one is Golf: Tee It Up.

Schizoid is basically an action game that features simple yet intuitive gameplay. The game is being touted as the most co-op game ever as sharp teamwork is required while playing it. The game also features single player with an AI bot helper but one can play co-op multiplayer with two players offline or online through XBL. It has more than 120 levels including the Uberschizoid game mode that lets the gamers control two different ships at the same time.

The next game that we have is Golf: Tee It Up, which sees gamers play some quick holes on their own or compete in a full 18-hole multiplayer tournament with friends. The courses are not only challenging but also panoramic and beautiful. There is even a Focus feature that lets gamers read the green or control the ball’s spin in flight. The game has game modes such as stroke, cup, or match. Golf: Tee It Up has local or Xbox LIVE multiplayer modes. The characters in the game are zany and customizable.

Schizoid has been developed by Torpex Games and will come with a price tag of 800 Microsoft Points. It will be available worldwide, just like Golf: Tee It Up!, which also costs 800 MP. The game has been developed by Housemarque and will be published by Activision.
