Virgin PLAY has sent word that they have gotten into an agreement with Real Madrid FC to produce and distribute the official videogame of the team worldwide. The game will be launched on all the major platforms.
The Real Madrid video game will allow gamers to participate in the club reflecting its sportsmanship and humanitarian aspects and will allow fans to simulate their own career with the Real Madrid team. They will also be able to create their own virtual life in a Real Madrid universe created just for them.
The Real Madrid video game will release in the fourth quarter of 2008 for the PS3, PSP, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360 and the PC. It seems that fans of ‘Los Meringues’ are having a nice time. First they see Real Madrid pip BC Barcelona for the La Liga title and now they get a video game!
