The PlayStation 4 console is all set to get into the Star Wars spirit ahead of the release of the seventh main film from the franchise. A limited edition PS4 bearing a Darth Vader decal has been unveiled by the company in the form of a bundle containing several games including the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront.
There are actually two such bundles that exist, and are stated to be released on November 7 which happens to be the release date for the above mentioned game as well. Both of them include a 500GB limited edition PS4 system and a DualShock 4 wireless controller inspired by Darth Vader.
Apart from an image of the character, the PS4 console will also feature a Star Wars logo across its top. Moreover, such a logo will also be embellished on the touchpad of the controller, which if you haven’t noticed, has been modeled along the lines of Darth Vader’s chest panel.
Apart from a copy of Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition, the first bundle also kicks in a voucher to download four classic titles namely, Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter and Star Wars Bounty Hunter. These will be playable on the PS4 for the first time, and will even benefit from enhanced graphics and Trophy support.
The second bundle replaces the copy of Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition with one of Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition which focuses on Star Wars characters. This bundle will be exclusive to Walmart and will contain a Disney Infinity Base and four figurines including one of Boba Fett. It will also come with a digital voucher for the four classic games mentioned above.
Apart from these two bundles, a standard bundle with a 500GB PS4 (without any Star Wars themed moderations), a standard black wireless controller, a copy of Star Wars Battlefront and the digital voucher will also be released by Sony. The launch date for all this is November 17, but no price has yet been quoted.
