New York is currently hosting the PS4 launch event, and there’s interesting news coming in from the show. An Uncharted game for the PS4 was definitely on the cards, and that’s been finally confirmed today by means of a teaser trailer. Moreover, we have a release date to look forward to for inFamous: Second Son, whereas another big news is the revelation of an upcoming The Last of Us DLC pack. At the event, Hideo Kojima even showcased exclusive content that’s headed the way of those who buy MGS 5 on PlayStation consoles.
inFamous: Second Son which is one of the most important titles for the PS4 will be released on March 21, 2014. The newest trailer for the game is also out now, and can be spotted in the space below. inFamous: Second Son is an open world offering which is set to introduce an all new protagonist to the popular series.
Naughty Dog made its presence felt at the PS4 launch event with two new videos, both of which were teasers. The first one is about a DLC for The Last of Us which will be titled Left Behind. From what can be grabbed as of now, it will be a prequel revolving around Ellie’s life before she met Joel.
And then there was something thousands of fans from around the world were waiting for – a glimpse of an Uncharted game for the PS4. The teaser video shows a map, and features an angry narration from an unknown character.
MGS icon, Hideo Kojima took the stage at the event to reveal that a special Deja Vu mission will be making its way into Meta Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes’ PS3 and PS4 versions. Moreover, these versions will also comprise of an exclusive classic Solid Snake skin.
The PS4 launch event also witnessed an announcement telling us that Bungie’s Destiny will have its beta released first for the PS3 and the PS4. Lastly, hit Ouya game, TowerFall Ascension was also revealed to be headed to the new Sony console.
