SingStar is the hit karaoke-styled franchise from Sony. Recently Coldplay and country track packs were released to the SingStore. Now we have word that SCEA has released SingStar Queen, the latest in the franchise, for the PS2 and PS3 across North America.
“Queen and SingStar both have a wide and diverse global fan base,” remarked Charlie D’Atri, marketing director, Hollywood Records. “We are thrilled to collaborate with SCEA on SingStar Queen to offer PlayStation fans the unique opportunity to become a part of rock history with the best interactive singing experience available set to the legendary music of Queen.”
SingStar Queen for the PS3 features more than 20 of the band’s most memorable hits and music videos which include Another One Bites The Dust, Bohemian Rhapsody, Under Pressure, We Are The Champions and We Will Rock You.
SingStar Queen is the second artist-specific game in the SingStar franchise for the PS3, after SingStar Abba. All the titles in the franchise for the PS3 support the voice control feature which was recently released. The prices for PS2 and PS3 versions of SingStar Queen are not known.
