Now Microsoft and Lionhead Studios are unleashing a new horizon in the world of Fable III for gamers by allowing them to create their distinct village character. Before the next chapter from the Fable franchise lands on the Xbox 360 platform, developers of this series have announced the all-new character creator tool dubbed Fable III Village Maker. Players who pre-order the title can lay their hands on this exclusive feature.
Expending the tool, players can fashion even the minutest details of their characters. Right from choosing the gender to molding an avatar from over 2,000 variations, they can let loose their imagination by inf.using a gripping past and unique personality traits to their innovation. Besides, gamers can also decide the clothing style, accent hairdos and the region of their character. Further, this personalized in-game villager will present a new quest and 1,000 gold fortune to the hero in this title.
Whether the character is a trusted friend or a terrifying enemy, the tool will let players splash their artistic strokes into the game. The Village Maker will also enable them to save the character onto desktop wallpapers. To flash their aesthetics, gamers can also share their creation on Facebook and Twitter. Only those who place their orders in advance will be facilitated to transport their villager in the next chapter of the title.
Set in the Kingdom of Albion, the tale of Fable III is said to be a blend of action and adventure. Gamers will step in the shoes of a rebel to overthrow the tyrant ruler and occupy the king’s throne. As the ruler of the state, they will face tough choices while making major sacrifices as this maze evolves to thrilling consequences.
Xbox 360 owners in the US and UK can now pre-order the title from participating retailers. This will offer them a code which can be redeemed to introduce the customized character into the universe of Fable III. The title is slated for an October 26, 2010 release and will be available in a Standard Edition for 59.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,772) while the Limited Collector’s edition has been priced at 79.99 USD (approx. Rs. 3,696). The latter is expected to comprise of unique collectibles including exclusive quest, dog breed, outfit, playing cards and downloadable content which will boost gamers’ Fable experience. It has been stated that the downloadable content can be accessed by Windows players as well.
