While the search continues, King Cecil of Baron comes face to face with Rosa, Ceodore and Kain within the constraints of his own castle. The After Years RPG came first unveiled in the form of a downloadable cellular phone application in February last year in Japan.

According to the company, the acclaimed game has been downloaded more than 3.5 million times after a year of its release. The sequel came about nearly 18 years after Final Fantasy IV. Prince Ceodore longs to earn his knighthood by joining the elite Red Wings air force much to his mother’s disapproval. As the brave troops were attacked by monsters, Ceodore emerges as the sole survivor who is rescued by a wandering swordsman.
