Dragon Age: Origins Released to Retailers in North America
Dragon Age: Origins has received quite a backing by EA and is one of their most anticipated titles. We earlier reported that the game had gone gold for all platforms in North America. Now BioWare sends word that EA’s Dragon Age: Origins is now available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in North America. Also available are the downloadable content packs Warden’s Keep, The Stone Prisoner and The Blood Dragon Armor.

“The launch of Dragon Age: Origins is the fantasy event of 2009,” Dr. Ray Muzyka, co-founder of BioWare and Group General Manager of the RPG/MMO Group at EA, stated. “I am extremely proud of the entire development team – and we’re all very excited to release one of our best games yet!”
The game puts players in some gut-wrenching situations where they have to take decisions to sacrifice their friends and loved ones for the good of mankind. Those who have downloaded the previously released Dragon Age: Origins Character Creator can bring their created hero in the midst of the PC action.
Dragon Age: Origins is available in North America, and will be available in Europe for the Xbox 360 and PC on November 6, 2009 and for the PS3 later in the month. Prices for the game are not known.
