Yoga for Wii Now Available

The Nintendo Wii is known to get many innovative titles. Now Austrian software publisher, JoWooD has announced that Yoga for the Wii, the highly anticipated and 100 percent pure Yoga experience, has arrived. The game provides players with physical, mental and spiritual wellness.

“Yoga is a top-quality game for everyone. No matter if young or old, man or woman, or child or teenager – anyone who is interested in the traditional art of wellness, and wants to train their body and spirit with relaxing practices, will love this game,” said Markus Reutner, Marketing Manager at JoWooD.

Yoga for the Wii the first-ever 100 percent pure Yoga experience, and features the 24 year old top model Anja Rubik to guide and assist users.

“Yoga helps me stay slim and bring the definition of my muscles to a maximum. Also, Yoga has helped me learn breathing techniques which are great for keeping stress situations under control. Additionally the exercises made my back pains, which I got from wearing high heels, totally disappear,” said Anja Rubik. “Yoga the game is great – it challenges me to improve my results with each level I play, and to succeed in ever more demanding practices!”

The game allows users to relax as they practice Yoga at home, and features seven highly detailed levels complete with authentic building and places from Asia. Users can even custom build their own personal training plan. The game is also compatible with the Wii Balance Board, allowing players to receive feedback on how they’re doing in breathing and balance exercises.
