“We are thrilled to have hit the one million player mark in Clone Wars Adventures so quickly and look forward to seeing the player community continue to grow. Combining the technology, design infrastructure and lessons learned from Free Realms with the amazing Clone Wars brand, we knew we could make a great game, and we’re happy to see that fans of all ages are enjoying the content as much as we enjoyed creating it,” commented John Smedley, President of Sony Online Entertainment.

“Star Wars is a franchise that has the power to transcend generations and appeal to fans both young and old,” explained Mary Bihr, VP of Global Publishing at LucasArts. “The game provides kids with a great way to extend the Clone Wars experience in a fully realized virtual world. They can watch the weekly series, and then share a collective experience with their friends.”

Commemorating the special occasion, all Clone Wars Adventures players have been rewarded with a limited edition, in-game Golden Mouse Droid pet. To stretch the celebrations further, the first in-game party was organized which allowed players to engage in duels, meet friends and indulge in other activities. The bash that was held on September 24, 2010 also enabled them to flaunt their pets. Besides, Jedi Members were invited for a special get-together in the Officer’s Club.

Based on the popular animated TV series, ‘Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures’ has been developed and published by SOE. Gamers can sign up on the official website without paying any charges to zoom into the vast territory of Star Wars.
