But could LittleBigPlanet have been made for the Xbox 360? Well, according to the developers Media Molecule, they couldn’t have done it. In an interview with games news site GamesIndustry.biz, Alex Evans, the co-founder of Media Molecule said, “With LBP as it is, we couldn’t have made it on the Xbox 360 and the reason for that is actually because we designed it around the PS3’s strengths.”

However, the Media Molecule guy mentioned that the Xbox 360 is an extremely capable machine and one could come up with a user-generated content game on it just the way one could make it on the PS2, Megadrive or any other platform. Alex Evans also pointed out that the Cell is unique to PlayStation and they enjoyed using it.
