Brain Challenge and Bliss Island Coming to XBLA

Rocketmen: Axis of Evil was the game that graced the Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA) last week. This week around, Microsoft has sent word that there will be two games on the XBLA. The games are Brain Challenge and Bliss Island, which will be up on the online service this Wednesday.

Brain Challenge is basically a brain training program, which focuses on stress-management skills through a wide variety of games. It will aid gamers to develop their abilities in five areas of cognitive functions such as logic, math, memory, visual thinking and concentration, in a fun yet easy way. It features a Daily Test Mode, Stress Mode, Creative Mode and even a Child Test that lets user play and share their exercises with younger people. The game also has multiplayer support for up to four players offline and online as well as detailed stats and graphs.

Bliss Island Screenshots

The other game, Bliss Island sees gamers take the role of Hoshi the Zwooph, who is a supernatural blue creature, which emanates precise puffs of air to make clouds. The game features 25 unique challenges across 9 intense levels. It also allows users to challenge friends online.

Brain Challenge has been developed by Gameloft and will be published by Microsoft Game Studios. It will come with a price tag of 800 Microsoft Points. As for Bliss Island, it has been developed by PomPom and will be published by Codemasters Online. The puzzler will cost 400 Microsoft Points.
